Maybe I'm in the spam ban? lol ))

Something strange, maybe the designs are not good enough)) I don't spam anywhere, I'm not in a hurry, but there are no sales. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or I chose the wrong product to sell. Or maybe there is an oversupply of products and the giants who have been in the market for ten years don't allow newcomers to make money. I apologize for my English) Maybe someone can take a look with an objective eye and point out what's wrong with my store? https://www.zazzle.com/store/your_soft_friend

The problem is your tags. You need to use words that people are likely to put into a search bar.

For example, here are the tags you used for the Meet Our Adorable Cartoon Puppy t shirt:

cartoonpuppy, productdesign, cutedesign, printforonlinestore, zazle, puppyon card, cutenessineverydetail, puppyontowels, creativedesign, animatedpuppy

The problem is that none of these are terms that a customer would put in a search bar.

  1. You need to separate words with a space and put quotes around them. cartoonpuppy is not a usable tag but "cartoon puppy" is.
  2. don't use the store name as a tag
  3. don't use product names as a tag (such as towels or card, and this is a t shirt, but don't use t shirt either)
  4. don't use phrases that a customer would not use to search for a product. They will use "cartoon puppy" to search. They will not use "cuteness in every detail" and they will not use "creative design"
  5. Think about how you would search for a t shirt with a cartoon puppy on it. Do use "cartoon puppy" (but not "t shirt, Zazzle puts that in automatically) but also cute, dog and pet.
  6. Get specific about your puppy. It is a cute puppy but also it is also brown, happy and some sort of specific breed of dog (or maybe a mutt).

Thinking up appropriate tags is going to be difficult if English is not your first language. I advise getting help from artificial intelligence that is now available. As discussed in other threads, there is google bard in the google browser, Internet Edge has ai also and then there is ChatGPT.

Большое спасибо за ответ. Если проблема действительно связана с тегами, то я постараюсь их отредактировать.

Hi, I found your response very informative but could you explain what exactly you meant by:

  1. You need to separate words with a space and put quotes around them. cartoonpuppy is not a usable tag but "cartoon puppy" is. ?

Do you refer to searching or tagging?

I'm referring to both search and tagging. A customer will search for cartoon puppy. If the product is tagged as cartoonpuppy (no space between the words) it won't come up in that search.

Hi @Taranec I noticed that you don’t appear to have made templates for the text on your business cards and invitations (the ones I looked at anyway). This makes it easier for customers to personalise the text to their own details. You do this when you first create the product by clicking on the text and to the right hand side you will see the option to “make this a template object”. If you have the Replace option you can edit your products to set up your templates, otherwise you would need to remake them all, or you can leave the ones you have published already (although this might put off potential customers), and then ensure to set the templates on your new creations going forward. Hope this helps.

Thank you for responding )) because of the translation also I am new and can not understand what you are talking about. which text are you talking about?

@Taranec No problem, so sorry, hoping this helps to clarify. Any text that you have on an invitation, business card etc that a customer would need to change to their own details ie their name, address, venue details etc can be set by you as a template when you create your product which enables the customer to easily edit with their information without having to go into the design tool. Each separate text box you include will need to be set as a template. Hopefully this  diagram will help to show you and apologies for my scribbled handwriting 😱

After looking at your shop, I would rename the title and maybe the tagline, to better describe what your shop is about.

Along the lines of what @KeegansCreation said, change the title of some of the products, to better describe the design. Don't use commas in the titles, it's not necessary. Include the word "Wedding" in the title of the Wedding Invitations, "Birthday" in the title of the Birthday Cards and "Halloween" in the title of the Halloween products, etc.

What title would you rename it to ? I just can't decide on a niche all I do is not what people want to see . With each new product , I look for what people need .

The title of the shop is fine. The title of the products are fine, I would just take away the commas and include a word, that describes the occasion.

These are just examples, "Funny mouse eats cheese invitation",  could be "Personalized Funny Mouse Eating Cheese Birthday Invitation".

There is no need to put the word "Invitation" in the title of a product, because Zazzle already puts "Invitation" in the title of the product. "Silhouette Guy makes the invitation. Invitation", could be reworked to read "We're Getting Hitched Silhouette Couple Wedding Invitation" or "Elegant Silver Glitter Silhouette Couple Wedding Invitation".

Great advice re tags but they're not the reason your products aren't selling.

Consider what your products are in competition with and whether they are in demand by customers.
