Hi!

What is the supported format to upload media on my store?  I get a message that says "No video with supported format and MIME type found".  What am I not doing?

@akacruiseman I can see a video on https://www.zazzle.com/store/jscollections - is that where you uploaded it too?

@akacruiseman You *used* to be able to upload mp4 videos - but haven't tried recently and mainly just keep to jpgs/pngs.

https://help.zazzle.com/hc/en-us/articles/232059087-Image-Asset-Sizes-Needed-for-Your-Store - under Media Images

'Media Images

Any photography or images you add to your All Media section should be at least 1080 x 1440 pixels.

The image sizes we give above are the minimum of what you need to upload. If you want the best resolution possible, double the pixel size we suggested above."

so it doesn't mention video anymore

So, we can no longer upload videos for the media file?  I have my images at 1080x1440 and it still does not work.

I also get an emai that my video is ready and when I click on it it does nothing.

@akacruiseman Not sure - like I said - I've not uploaded a video for a long time. Perhaps there's an indexing issue and you have to wait for the site to process it.  Nothing is ever immediate

@akacruiseman there is a video - I can see it video

We don't.  Tried it on Firefox and Chrome.  What browzer do you use?

It could be your adblocker settings that is blocking it. I use vivaldi (and I allow zazzle.com in all my settings)

I have an old video in my media area, but every time I try to upload a new video today I get error similar to this: "This image is below the minimum size requirements. It is 1696px wide by 916px height and it must have a width of at least 1080px and a height of 1440px. I have tried doing video screen captures at full screen, partial screen, and still my height is never tall enough. To my knowledge all HD Video has a height of 1080 and lesser quality video is even smaller height so the requirement of 1440px height for video makes no sense to me. I'm using MS Screen Recorder for my screen capture and working on a PC. I did find one comment on this forum noting to keep video under 90 sec and 1GB or less, but I know the video I posted last year was bigger than that and I don't recall having had any issues uploading it last year. Anyone have recent experience successfully uploading videos? Tips or Tricks for success?
