MODS - OUR Personal Messages To Customers as per Advanced Settings - do they see them?

Hi

In the advanced settings of our profiles, we can leave a range of personalized messages for customers at each stage of their interaction with our products and stores etc.

I just want to check whether they see them, how they see them etc. As I leave messages that should 'answer' some of the queries they often ask me about in chat. So I just wondered how easy it is for them to see those messages.

Add an item to your cart.  You should see one when you do that...

I've bought several things since this all started and I don't recall getting an email with any of my messages...

This is what I was wondering, do customers actually see them?

EDIT: I just tried what you advised and the message appears as a pop up when adding something to basket. That's great. Thank you!

I sometimes follow a store for a minute just to see what message I get when I follow. I always see a message. Most Creators have not bothered to customize the message, however.

I've ordered some of my products using a different account, and yes, I did see the messages I had set.

I stopped seeing these a few months ago
