Hi everyone,
A problem with calculating my 10% royalty, which I don't understand how Zazzle has calculated my royalty, I get a different amount than Zazzle's amount which is much lower than 10%. Thank you in advance for any help. Eg. Zazzle's
payment on $12.30 sale is $0.80 and my calculation is $1.23?? Anyone having the same problem? All the very best to you all, artist RjFxx

Opportunities Ahead: New Ambassador Program & Important Terms of Use Changes
A 3rd Party sale in the 35% bracket would net you your $0.80.

Hi Colsreations,
Thanks so much for your info BUT there is no 3rd party sale mentioned for this sale or any of the other sales, which are all calculated the same way. Your thoughts would be appreciated. All the very best to you, artist rjFxx

The customer could have used a coupon and/or added secondary content which would bring your royalty down

Hi Sara,
Thanks so much for the helpful info! I had no idea, I'd have to pay out of my tiny 10% royalty, any
added secondary content from the buyer. Also though the referral fee was 15% and that Zazzle paid this to the 3rd party, and that the 35% - 50% royalty was if I sold the item. Thank You. All the very best to you, artist RjFxx
