When we got the notice that all our Products with a Royalty Rate higher than 50% would be automatically knocked back to 50%, I knew I had something that was higher by accident, but no way to figure it out without looking at every Product (and I wasn't going to do that).
Now that we have a Royalty Sort on the back end, I found it: Fabric at -- oddly -- the Default Royalty Rate for Digital Downloads: 92.89%.
I tried to change it, and I get this pop-up indicating it has to be, very specifically, between 47.89 and 50.00%. But even more strange, the retail price at that Rate is $29.50, and not as strange given current carve-outs, I'm only slated to earn $2.10 on it. Someone, please make that math math for me please. 🤣
The retail price isn't even that, and even stranger (to me), there are people selling Fabric for a WHOLE lot more!
Not posting in Tech b/c I sent an email to Support, but thinking y'all might want to check your Royalty sort and see if anything weird is going on. How this got to be 92.89% in the first place, I have no clue.
