New to Zazzle. Check My Store, Please.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Sally. I am new to Zazzle, and POD in general. I opened my store in Sept 2024 and haven't had much traction yet. I know it takes time, but I would really appreciate it if some experienced Zazzle Sellers could look over my store and provide some feedback. I am currently zRank: 3. I have an issue with my media files showing (the extra 5% I need for 100% store completion), and I have raised this with Zazzle directly. There has not been a solution yet, but it is a known problem on my profile. Apart from that, I think I have it all organised correctly. I'm in Australia if that makes any difference.

My store link is here: https://www.zazzle.com.au/store/maggddigital

Thanks for your time, and assistance.

Kind regards,
Sally

Tags, titles and descriptions look fine. Good breadth of products and designs. My only advice is look for opportunities to add customization to some products. It's Zazzle's big selling point and what sets it apart from all the other PODs. Add names, monograms. For instance you have a luggage tag- a perfect product for customizable text.

  1. Add text
  2. on the left side in the design tool when you have the text selected, scroll down to "make this text template" and slide that toggle
  3. now customers can change the name or whatever to their own.

Unfortunately you can't do this to existing products, only new ones going forward. Although your designs do stand on their own, there are some of them (like the meninges in the medical collection) where a subtle name or monogram could be added. It's just a big selling point for Zazzle.

Thanks for feedback. Customisation is definitely something I didn't really understand when loading my designs. I'll research that more and alter the products accordingly. I appreciate you taking the time to look and respond. Have a great week.

Hi Sally,

Vary your titles names and tags. If the titles are all the same and / or the tags too, you are doing your products a disfavor. Use Zazzle HELP pages to utilize your titles, descriptions and tags more effectively.

Start creating categories within your store now to separate the designs from one another. Otherwise, once you start creating a gazillion products you won't be able to find designs you've already made. You can create a category within a category. But it's best not to go to deep (3 tops} with them, otherwise it's another kind of nightmare to find things.

Best of luck.

Thanks for the feedback, I see what you mean. I'll have to use my brain a bit more to come up with some different tags/titles. I do have about 6 categories and 14 collections set-up already and add to them or new ones as per my design parameters, so I'm confident I have that covered. I shall get to work on the tags/titles though. I appreciate you taking the time to look and respond. Have a great week.
