Now the 17th & Still No Earnings Payment from Zazzle and No Further Response from Support

I thought I'd better start a new message on this because it's so potentially serious for all earners. Everyone needs to be aware of all such incidents when it comes to payments. I will update you with more when we get further information.

The facts to Date:
1. February - for the first time ever (at least in 10 years) Zazzle fail to pay everyone on the 15th. No explanation is given by Zazzle.
2. Zazzle Management finally responds on March 11 with a message stating that, "Upcoming payments from Paypal are going to be happening on time going forward. Last month, there was a one time issue that resulted in a delay in payments through Paypal. In partnership with Paypal, we identified the root cause and remedied it. We do not anticipate it will happen again. Thank you for being a part of Zazzle!"
3. March - earners start leaving messages saying that the same thing is happening again this month, with earners getting paid a day late on the 16th.
4. I discover that my payment advice has suddenly changed from 'pending' to 'cancelled'. I check the forum and discover another earner has said that exactly the same thing happened to her. Her payment advice changed from green to pink on the 16th and then said "cancelled". The one thing that connected both of us - we were both based in the UK.
5. We both contact Zazzle (via the forum, but I also email ProDesigner Support) and we both received a response from Zazzle support saying that, " We had attempted to payout your earnings however there seems to be an issue with Paypal as the payment was put on hold. You would need to reach out to Paypal to resolve the issue I'm afraid."
6. However, I received a separate message, presumably because I had either written an email or made more than one comment on the forum. It gave me a totally different excuse for non-payment. It raised the subject of me having more than one Zazzle account, and said that their system had therefore flagged up 'potential fraud'. This is bizarre and annoying, because I have been a Zazzle earner for ten years and they are fully aware of this, and Zazzle management has never once had a problem with this when I have discussed it in any communications throughout that time. Quite simply, I experiment with many shops and many ideas, as well as splitting my work between referral projects, template projects, and label projects. To keep things orderly, I have more than one email account. All my details are exactly the same on every account I earn from, and Zazzle has happily made more than one payment to me every month for many years, without once questioning the validity of this.
Regardless, the fact that for the first time ever, at least two people have had their earning suddenly showing as 'cancelled', following two months when - for the first time ever - Zazzle has failed to pay earners on time, and those two people whose earnings were cancelled have only one thing in common - the fact they are both based in the UK, and finally, that Zazzle support wrote to both of us saying that it was a Paypal issue and that we must contact them, clearly seems to illustrate one certain thing. These are all excuses. If it's Paypal, then it's not a spurious flag raised about fraud. If Zazzle did genuinely suspect fraud when all my details and my W8-BEN form are fine, then why did another person in the UK have their earnings cancelled at exactly the same time - something that has never happened ever before? Are these just unthinkable coincidences that are occurring? Of course not.
7. Zazzle support told both me and the other earner affected that they would urgently look into it. However, it is now the 17th and neither of us has heard a squeak out of anyone from Zazzle. We have still not received our earnings. It is as thought they have all gone into hiding, and will not respond until 'something' changes.
8. Zazzle is a wonderful company that has helped many people secure an independent salary. However, if earners begin to sense that Zazzle is not being straight with them, then that business model will start to crumble and fail. Earners not only need to know that they will get paid on time, but more importantly, we need to know the truth about what is going on in the background when we are not paid on time. Being told that we must contact PayPal, when PayPal simply responds by saying that it's clearly an issue with the payer, or being randomly told that having been paid every month for two separate email accounts for years upon years, the system is now suddenly raising a 'potential fraud' flag, when that clearly cannot be the reason why two people are getting the exact same 'cancelled' message on the earnings, is less than we expect from Zazzle. February was bad. For me, and at least one other earner, March is worse. What will April bring?
9. Come on Zazzle, please sort this out for me and the other UK earner, and then give all earners a clear explanation of what has actually happened over the last two months, so that we can feel secure being a part of Zazzle going forward. Thank you.

@ost deleted, I hadn't read entire post before commenting.

Understood. Yes, both me and the other earner are still seeing payment "cancelled" and no payment in our Paypal accounts.

The point you raised (before deleting) - "an explanation was given by Zazzle, there was an issue they resolved with Paypal" is the real problem. We were both given that information by email, and so the fact that you assumed that if Zazzle management said it, it must be true, is clearly not the case. If it was to do with PayPal, and had been resolved, as Zazzle management claimed, then we clearly should have been paid by now. That is why I wrote the long message above. If it can happen to us, then it could happen to you too. We simply don't know what is really going on.

It would be easier for us to track payment issues if they're all in the same discussion.
