We have 2 items that appear in our sales summary but our collection is showing there were 6 Orders. Does anyone know where the disconnect would come from? We hadn't sold anything else here recently so it could not be held from a previous items sold.

Perhaps multiple orders of one or more items? I.E. 3 each of 2 products?

Maybe it's calculating other sales than yours - eg as the text pop up says 'The number of orders resulting from a user clicking on a product within this collection...'
it doesn't specify that they're your sales - a customer could have decided to buy something else from another designer yet they started their purchasing journey from your collection.
Maybe?

Thank you, Sara. We would expect to see a Royalty if that were the case. It could be, will wait and see! 🙂

you don't always get a referral royalty from a collection to another designer's product that results in a sale as it depends on the browser settings of the customer. Cross fingers you do!
