Paper Landscape Orientation

This is probably a dumb question but in the design tool, how do I get the 8.5" x 11" flat sheet of paper in landscape orientation (both for design and product display? For the life of me I can't seem to figure it out. Thanks.

Look for the cog in the layers - it should be there.
