Payment Not Received

I have not received payment as of a minute ago. This is very unusual, because I am usually paid much earlier...since I use paypal. Is there a delay?

Yep, it seems to be widespread, if not fully across the board. This is the first time in 10 years I haven't received a payment by the due date from Zazzle. I emailed ProDesigner Support 5 hours ago but am still awaiting a response.

9:15 AM est no payment, hasn’t been released by Zazzle to PayPal. Just says pending. Stressed out by this because bills are due and some have been autopaid without the money to back up said payments in the account now. No word or email from Z telling us where our earnings are. Upsetting.

it's now 2/16 9:15 am EST and still nothing. I have been with Z since 2008 and this has never happened before. This needs to be addressed ASAP.

it is now 9:15am on the 16th and I have not received my payment. What is going on! This is not ok.

It's now 9:30 am Eastern time and I haven't received my payment in Paypal yet. I hope that it is coming today. Never had it come this late before.

Mine just got to Paypal. PP does seem to be having issues this morning, either that or my internet is wonky again.

It is now 9:45 am est 2/16/22, my payment is still in earnings>pending.  Been here just short of 14 years. Extremely  disappointing.

Just about 7am, money in my account still pending. 
11 years of monthly payments on or by the 15th, this is the FIRST time this has ever happened in my recollection.
This is also the first time I've not depended on this income for anything, this year my Z money became "fun" money for me. Grateful we're at this point, but still feeling stress for everyone else. 

Hang tight, I still have faith they will correct this immediately.

I have a feeling we won’t hear anything from Z in the forum for a few hours as they aren’t at work on the west coast yet. I’m pretty unsettled, as I am sure all of you are but also for all the people who don’t know about the forums and are just in the dark wondering where their earnings are.

Finally got mine as well.  Glad it didn't take longer, but disappointed that it didn't come within the proper time frame.  I miss the days when it was as likely to come at the beginning of the month as not.  😕

Just got mine but yes I need to hear something because I’m expecting much more next month already than this month and I don’t want to plan around things and be in the dark again.

This new forum is very hard to navigate. Took me forever to find this thread again and then having to wait for it load all the way to the bottom to read the messages… not a huge fan of this new forum it’s just not very intuitive. 😞

But I am adding to the chorus that I have been paid now but am waiting to hear from Z as to what happened and how we can be sure it won’t next month 💙

Payment finally arrived at 7:15am Mountain time. I really hope that someone from Zazzle will let us know what happened.

I got mine at about 7pm central time last night. 

I don't know why but my gut feeling is that the delay was caused by something on PayPal's end and not Zazzle.  I also would like to hear a reply from Z though in case I am wrong.

My payment came through this morning at 7:12 a.m. PST. Has everyone else received there's?  I too think it was on Paypals end , any thoughts? I would like if Zazzle could elaborate.  Thankfully I'm only a part-timer and have other income,  yet feel for those who are more dependent upon it.

I received my payment this morning, however there has been no explanation nor update from Zazzle in this thread or anywhere that I am aware of explaining why this happened. 

If it was a tech glitch, explain what it was and what steps have been taken so it won't happen again. If it was on Paypal's end, it seems logical that an explanation would already have been offered so as not to cast a bad light on Zazzle. 

People are reasonable and understand if a fluke such as a tech glitch happened. But when no explanation is given, that causes mistrust and people will spread the word and that isn't good for business.

Zazzle being radio silent on this matter is unsettling. Even if they are still investigating what happened, it would be nice for them to keep us informed.
