I have a sale that occurred on 12/1/2025 that hasn’t cleared even though most stuff after that has cleared. Is that common? If not who do I contact to look into it? I recognize it’s possibly a problematic item, a rubber stamp, but still just curious.

@welshdesigns check the sale in Royalty History report https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/royaltyhistory It may have cleared in that report.
I have some from November not showing cleared in Earning History report https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/history but they are showing cleared in Royalty History report

I'm confident this is a display error, but have followed up with our team as I'm still seeing some "pending" on the top level view when they are indeed cleared on the details page. Thanks for your patience!
