Question about Free business card perk for Bronze level & above

I am bronze level, but never received a free Business card code in my email in for 2024. (it drops in email sometime between thanksgiving and valentines usually 2023-2024)  Nothing. 

I have received it in years past, after I reached Bronze level.

Is that perk still happening? Will it happen for 2025?

I got them when I turned something (can't remember what level it was, it was years ago).  But it was just that once.

I guess they're falling down on the job--but that is SUPPOSED to be a perk (and really the only one) for Bronze level Zazzlers.

I'm Silver, and I never get the email offer! A couple years ago I contacted their support, and then they sent me the code, but since then I still haven't gotten it, and I usually forget to ask them.

Hi everyone, thanks for adding these comments. I believe if you have marketing email settings turned off this can affect your receipt of this email as it's sent on such a large scale. However I have always posted on the Community when these have been sent so people have the opportunity to let us know if they haven't received them. 

We plan to send these around the same time this year for any qualifying members and I will post on the Community when we do so. But if you haven't received a code by the end of October, you should reach out to us. Please note you must be Pro Bronze from the start of October to qualify.

Nope, not in creator news. As this doesn't include 100% of the creator community, I don't think it's appropriate for a general announcement and wouldn't be fair to those not included. I can use this thread to let you know too 😊

It's Nov 5 and I have NOT received any email notice of the code for free business cards. And I've been Pro Bronze for years.

James, you did not let us know. A contributor just said they got their free business code Nov 15, 2024.

@JamesThank you. I do have my settings set to receive marketing emails, but never get the Business card emails for some odd reason. But I'll be on the lookout when we get the notification here.

I actually got one the other day, but I do have my "marketing notifications" or whatever turned on because I buy a lot of stuff  for home and biz and I want maximum discounts.

@James,
   I contacted Zazzle customer service requesting a free business card code (including a link to this forum discussion) and their email said "they have NOT been sent out, but will be sent out in coming weeks." What's the story?

I thought it strange that the form had the wrong account email on it. ( it's was a alternate gmail email, that is NOT listed in my Zazzle Account.) Made it a hurdle to get that changed.
