Question about Free business card perk for Bronze level & above

I am bronze level, but never received a free Business card code in my email in for 2024. (it drops in email sometime between thanksgiving and valentines usually 2023-2024)  Nothing. 

I have received it in years past, after I reached Bronze level.

Is that perk still happening? Will it happen for 2025?

Hi all, the Free Business Card codes for Pro Benefit were sent out on 11/10. Please don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folders if it's not in your Inbox.

I receive the promo and marketing emails just fine so I must be signed up. However I haven't received the free business card emails for the last few years (I used to receive them but it stopped).

I signed up with Zazzle 13 years ago and used my AOL account which is where I receive Zazzle marketing emails —it's the free business card codes that seem to not be sent there. The form at the link you give above is set at a gmail account I do not use for Zazzle, and when I choose the option to "switch" it only gives other gmail accounts as options which might be the issue since as I said, I receive all other emails from Zazzle at my AOL account.

Wondering what the best solution is so I don't miss anymore important emails from Zazzle.

Hi @PetStar , you don't have to sign into google to complete the form. This is a general note on the form from google that they make look like a requirement but is not. Just fill it out as normal without clicking a sign in option please.

I also get all marketing emails and did not receive the the free business card code, although I am eligible after reaching Bronze level earlier in the year. Filled out the Google doc form 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back anything about it.
