regarding sale stats

Hi, my store got two new sale but the sale stats of those two products did not change. But I got notification for sale.both my products are public and listed in marketplace. do you have any idea why have this happened? Have anyone of you faced this situation before?

it normally takes 24 hours for the back end sales stats to update. Nothing is ever immediate and if indexing is running slow could take a day longer.

hi @Sara_H just want to ask you one question. If anyone customize your product and then buy it,does it count in sale stats?
