When I click replace products that means I made a change which will help the design better. Sometimes its a slight change like scootching a letter over half a centimeter because something was just a little off center or something like that or adding a white box so that the design is not transparent and show through the background pattern.
When I make these kinds of changes, the replace products people don't accept them. It drives me nuts. Unless the change is big and bold and obvious they don't let you replace the product.
I am begging. Please. If I hit replace product, please just replace it, even if you don't see a difference in the design. There is a difference and it could mean the difference of a happy customer.

Ohh, the opposite happens to me. It only accepts small changes, sometimes the photo filter, a badly placed letter or a text that you forget to put as a template. On the contrary, I make big changes, I receive an email indicating that only small changes are allowed because there may be errors with customers who want to buy the product again. It seems strange what happens to you, hopefully they can give you an explanation.

You do know that the changes have to be reviewed, right? It usually takes several days at minimum before they're accepted.

It sounds like it would be a good idea to have a text box where one could tell the reviewers what was changed, making the review process easier for the reviewers.
