I am So disapointed i got a sale worth of 156 usd on 20th of last month and it just got cancelled today on 12th of June . I was so happy and it just broke my heart , how is this even possible ? what kind of policy is this ? Cancelling the order after 20 days , its a lot of time . I just wonder what could be the possible reason 🤔 .

You should read this. It is the Official Zazzle Return Policy:

It could be cancelled for a variety of reasons. If it was a cancellation on one of your happy face invitations, it’s because the traditional yellow, round happy face is copyrighted, and you can’t use that.
Other reasons could be printing issues, typos in the design template, typos in the text the customer added, or the customer just didn’t like the quality of the product.
That was a great royalty. Such a bummer for you. But the good news is that you sold it once, so you will sell it again.

No it wasn't that happy face invitation , it was a match box , customer ordered in small amount one day before ordering in bulk . That small order is still intact . I didn't knew that customer can cancel order even after 20 days , it's new for me

Thank you so much for letting me know about this , but that same customer ordered that same item in small quantity a day before ordering in bulk and that order is still intact so its difficult for me to digest that they loved the one order of same item and hate the other

Have you looked at your product from a customers point of view? Does it look alright? All fields customizable and viewable correctly?

@sanainvi I am so sorry, I understand the disappointment. This was such a big sale $-wise, I feel like there's a chance one of the Mods will investigate for you and maybe someone from Zazzle will then reach out privately via email with at least a general reason.
I looked at the product (the PID is included in the screenshot) and there is an issue with the design though no way of knowing if it was a design oversight, a glitch, or just a preview issue and they printed fine regardless. But here is what I experienced.
The date line only partially shows:
If I enter the Design Tool, I can see that the "Text 2" template for the date is partially hidden behind the flower graphic that has a solid white background. I was able to fix that by choosing "remove white from image" - "background only" which makes it transparent and therefore doesn't cover the text.
You could also fix it by just moving the text layers to be above the image layer.
We don't know what happened here. Maybe the second order for the bulk quantity was delayed / had shipping issues and they just finally said forget it and canceled. Or maybe they received the single sample and the bulk quantity the same day, noticed the date was cut-off, and requested a refund on the large order with the single sample not being on their mind to worry about refunding. Maybe they received both orders soon after ordering but assuming all was well didn't even open it until just before their event and so didn't notice the issue until what was now 20 days later. Only the customer and Zazzle knows what happened.
I am really sorry you lost such a big sale, and one that came in as None at that. But please do review the design and see if you can determine whether it's a design issue you can correct or a "glitch" that is/was beyond your control.

2500 match boxes is a lot! Maybe they meant to order 50 in total, so 1 box instead of 50? It has happened to me several times with other products
