Small Design Area for Paper Plates

In previous conversations on this form, I was told that whatever goes over the green lines may not get printed.  Is this not true for all products.

I believe like the balloons that green circle denotes the "flat" part of the plate. So, the other stuff will still get printed, but it might be a little warped/distorted because it's the part where the plate is curved. For most images it probably isn't an issue, but for lettering it could make it difficult to read.
