Stolen design uploaded here

You have to love when someone steals a design of yours here (2 people or the same person with 2 different accounts actually) and loads it to their account completely intact, even the same title! Oh but it gets better. This is a design that Zazzle sent me a notice of deletion because they said it should have been rated PG13 instead for G. (used @ and 2 $$ together 🙄 ). So I have been out the tshirt design while someone else stole it, added it to their store, and likely has it on other PODs too. Ain't life just grand........😐

if it is your original artwork that they lifted, then you can report their item.

If it's an artwork purchased from a resource and available to anyone for POD usage, then that's not something you can claim ownership over.

But 100% if they took your art and are posting it, you have the right to have them take it down!

If this is your original design,report the copyright violation to zazzle, and btw, you already have proof that your design was previously published on zazzle, as you said.
If you decide to report, have ready whatever info you still have from when it was published, for example—
date, title of image, what products was it on, product ID, and/or screenshots if you have any… or at least have  info details ready if they ask for more.

I had a similar experience recently, two different accounts on the same day uploaded 'my original artwork' to 'same products' along with my name! I did report and I also messaged the infringers who neither 'read' my message nor responded. Zazzle removed the content, and I did stress at the time it was likely their stores generally needed closer scrutiny.
