Store Not Being Viewed

I'm at 100%, have fulfilled all the requirements and my store collections aren't getting any views.  I also have a Zrank of 4, which isn't the worst but....   I've always been largely good at designs (I think 🤔), but struggle with marketing.  I don't believe I am doing anything really wrong but the problem persists.  Here's my store address: https://www.zazzle.com/store/stueartsworld.  In any case, I'm committed to this.

Well, the thing is that so far (in three months plus) I've had no sales and no views.  So there's no base to analyze from in view insights.  I have recently created my 10th collection bringing my store 100% (the Z rank remained at 4) and so far it has changed nothing.🙁 ??

@Patcorp53
I just went to your shop, clicked on collections, and they are viewable.
Your Z rank of 4 says that your products will appear in the marketplace.
It might help to possibly add more products to your collections, and also expand your product line.
Using the new "view insights" look at various products to see which have gotten views and sales, compare them and make more of whatever has sold, ie keychains, t-shirts....

I think idraw is correct about expanding into a greater variety of products. I personally never found t-shirts to be a great seller. Paper goods are probably Zazzle's top sellers. For instance, I do well with postcards and posters along with clocks, but this doesn't mean they're what you should do. It all depends greatly on your types of designs. Go to Zazzle's front pages where you'll see a good cross section of products they like to promote and see if any of those products inspire you to make some of them.

My store isnt getting any views either and I am at a Zrank of 5. I feel like I’ve been shadowbanned. It’s very discouraging. Why go through all the effort to create products if no one is going to see them? I’ve been here three years already!! Here’s a link to my store: https://www.zazzle.com/store/rrbstudio

Hey @RRBStudio your paintings and collections are nice,  I just viewed some of them ... keep it up 🙂

Shadow banned? Do they do that?

Even though it can sometimes feel that way, it's not a retail business sort of thing to do, given that it's counterproductive.

I hope Zazzle doesn’t do it, but social media platforms sure do. My store rarely gets views! Why? I can’t figure this out. Thanks for your comment Tamathaa.

Hi @Patcorp53  I just checked your store and your tees are cool ... but there are only 5 collections... try adding more, as more cool products in marketplace means more chances to get found by buyers ... all the best 🙂

Agree, seems like Zazzle doesn't like new people's designs to show up, I am in the exact same position but all have 0 views. I am thinking of just abandoning this shop and trying on other platforms.

I just noticed that I had 10+ link clicks on X to several of my designs and it shows that there are zero views after two days... seems odd ;D

I have zero views and no sales on many of my products even though some of them ave been sold! The analytics are not working! Thanks for adding to the conversation. 😘

It’s very frustrating. Makes me not want to continue creating products. Why put in all the effort if no one ever sees my products?

I’ve been on for I think two years nearly, sales were picking up then nothing for the past ten days, and I’d gotten to 2-3 sales a day, in spite of zero editor picks. I like to think they’re trying to make way for brand new stuff, but I see a lot of stuff they showcased last year, a lot of people they have showcased for over a decade. It’s very disheartening. It’s no fun being new and putting in a ton of work and not getting any promotion.

I'm in a similar boat right now. Getting some views here and there, but I've only managed 3 sales so far. Trying to figure out what strategies will click and make things happen. It can be a bit discouraging, but I'm pushing forward. Let's see when things begin to turn around.

Hi,

I am also finding similar, I’ve put a huge amount of effort in over the last year or so and getting a few views each day and several sales a month, but last 10 days… both stopped.

Does the algorithm change in December? Was hoping Dec would be busy but opposite, any feedback welcome, as am kind of going on gut. Here’s my link

many thanks

So have I Lorna. I’ve had my store since 2019 and the most views of all my products in five years, is only 223! I’ve only sold a handful of products in five years. Almost not worth my time. My products may get 1 view here or 2 there, if I’m lucky. Some have up to 50 or more but no sales on those items either! I don’t think my products are so awful that no one clicks or buys. I think I’m being shadowbanned for some reason. My products don’t even come up in searches. I even emailed support about this and they said I need to advertise my store on social media. I told them I’m not on social media anymore and they basically ignored me. So I don’t know what to do. I was on Pinterest a long time ago, but didn’t get cross over traffic to my store so I closed my Pinterest account.  ~ Rhonda.       P.S.  Here’s my store link: https://www.zazzle.com/store/rrbstudio

I looked at a few of your products, found the designs fully attractive, so that's not the problem. Then I dropped down to look at your tags and think it's where you can improve. For instance, the tags for your "French Rooster Recipe Notebook" are french rooster recipe book, rooster recipe notebook, rooster, chicken, chicken recipe notebook, recipe book. You have "rooster" twice, "recipe" four times, and "notebook" twice, which means that you're not taking advantage of other words customers might search on. What could a person be looking for? Perhaps "home-cooked meals"? Something for the "kitchen"? "Poultry"? Even "colorful feathers"? I've had a long day so those are the only suggestions I can come up with, but I'm sure there are more.

Tags are the single most important thing on Zazzle because it's the way customers find you. Try to think like the customer, try to imagine what they're looking for.

Thank you Barbara. I admit I am bad at tags and S.E.O. stuff. I made some changes. Have a great week! Rhonda

Edit the tags without trying to do gangs of them all at once. I'm still editing my own tags when things go hidden, but I find that if I do too many at once, I burn out quicker than I might if I were to spread them out and do only a few a day. Nothing worse than losing our sense of fun.
