I am international Zazzle creator who had to submit W-8BEN form first in order to receive my earnings. This form reduces the tax withholding rate on my Zazzle earnings to 10% instead of 30% on behalf of tax treaty between the United States and my country of residence.
Is there any way I can get an official statement that 10% are being withhold from my gross earnings? I am paying 10% tax and wondering who to contact in order to get the statement of 10% tax that I have payed in USA. I want to get my US withholding tax back in my country but not sure if it also applies to countries with whom USA have treaty in place or only to those countries with whom there is no tax treaty?
