Happy new year everyone !
As checked on 30th December my cleared royalties have crossed the PayPal threshold, but its not been queued for payment this month ... and it's already 8th!
Is anyone also having the same issue ? Please share
I know things may be delayed for the Holidays .... Moderator @Mark would you please look into this issue, and help once again,

Make sure there aren't any December sales that have cleared and are included in the accumulated amount.

Hi @Barbara thanks a lot for pointing this out ! I went to check the royalties by month and found that there was a sale on 1st December, may be that got included in total cleared royalties and crossed $50 by December 30th
In that case ... it seems my new year will start without any payment .... (sigh)

Check your royalties list. Subtract anything in there that cleared in December. In January, we're paid for only those items cleared before December 1st and only if it comes up to $50 for PayPal or $100 for a check.

Most of us end up confused until we finally get used to the pattern, which is that we get paid, not for last month, but for the month previous to that. Thus, in November, we're paid for up through September, in December, it's up through October, in January, it's up through November, and so forth. It's not at all like working at a regular job.

Same and it's already the 7th were I am and payments still not queued up yet for processing which is a bit off because normally they'd be queued up by the 4th or the 5th. @Scott and @mark please may you assist and see what the hold up is and whether we should be concerned. Thank you

Has anyone received the February payment into their Paypal account? Mine is pending and says it will be cleared by the 15th but nothing in Paypal and it's not cleared on Zazzle account either...

I have received mine, but it is still showing up in pending. Saturday the 15th was on a weekend and today is a federal holiday in the US (President's Day) which banks are usually closed for. Perhaps wait and see if it clears tomorrow (If not received and you have a pending amount showing up, I would contact Z directly and inquire after that).

Thank you, I've sent them a message. My payment does now say cancelled now, so hopefully I'll find out the problem - it's always gone through before.
