Total Views Remain at Zero

Support has already been contacted about this, but nothing whatsoever seems to have come of it.  I know I'm getting views on my products because people I know have been browsing my store and I've put up an ad on a reputable platform that shows traffic as well.

Yet every single one of my products remains with zero views.  Is there any way to resolve this, because it seems like my store may get less visibility because I'm not getting a level playing field with everyone else.

Thank you!

I'm not sure why support couldn't tell me this  lol

BTW, you've been on Zazzle for a while, are we actually allowed to do paid advertising?  I thought we were not or am I missing something?

Thanks.

I don't know if you're for real, Vivian.

Here's a post from a Zazzle admin about using paid advertising on YouTube.
And here's one recommending the exact kind of advertising I used.

I am — I had never seen that before and have seen things in the agreements that seem to contradict this — so, thank you.  Very interesting.  I wonder if paid advertising extends to Pinterest, for example.

You’re welcome!  I’m willing to bet they don’t want us using this platform to advertise; it’s meant to help artists make a living.

But I’m new here and there could be history that I don’t know.

I had a fellow Zazzler's banner ad show up on my point of sale page.
