@kills Same here. But maybe the Content Management team is sick? Covid has really flared up in my area (SF Bay Area) and it's a nasty variant right now (I heard from friends and read about it too).

I have under review now for about 5 days. It happens here and there sometimes. I've had them as fast as a few hours, and up to two weeks. I'm sure it depends on how many are in review across the entire website, and like @MOM said, maybe some of the team is out sick or on vacation.

The same staff have to review all the changes made by people using the Replace Button. I saw that this has been expanded to all Zazzlers. I can imagine that there is quite a backlog.

I think the person that said that the tool was for everyone realized it was only on specific items for them.  I just submitted some replacements though and that only took 30 mins to review and approve. But I still have matches from the 3rd waiting.  So maybe they are a different team? Like one specifically for the lighters, matches, and similar?
