I understand that the volume bonus has been retired, we will not receice any money as "As of April 1st, 2025, the Volume Bonus program has been retired. Bonuses will still be paid for all sales made before April 1st, 2025. My query is why is my volume bonus showing that I made $1,542.43 worth of self referrals in May yet my referral history only shows that I made $8 in May. I would really like to know, even though as I said before the volume bonus has been retired, why this figure is on my volume bonus......makes me feel like I have made more self referrels than I am being shown.

Recent lengthy thread on this topic but no explanation from Zazzle yet.
One guess is that while you only earn a referral commission on your own products, the VB page is recording all sales originating from a self-promotion ("clean") link.
