W8-BEN FORM HELP

I submitted the W8-BEN weeks ago and no response yet. I am international creator and the delay is making me feel not motivated to create more especially now that I am familiar with the platform. Anyone with similar experience and how long did you wait for your payment settings accepted. Thank you.
