Hi everyone, It's Been more than 50 days almost 7 weeks and I didn't get any answer regarding my w8 ben Form which is disappointing. I don't know what I should do regarding this issue And I'm wondering why my case took that long with not even one answer from the review team side.

I am currently in the same boat. I have now submitted (3) times with no answer as of yet. It is semi-worrisome, but I am hopeful that they'll resolve or action soon.

from what I understand, no news is good news. the Zazzle finance department will contact you only if your W8BEN form has been rejected, at which you can resubmit a corrected W8BEN form.

I have the same problem, no reaction from the W8 team and there is a message in my account that I can not be paid because of the W8 form not been completed.

I received a message months ago that the W8 form was accepted and should take 2-4 weeks to complete the process.  I sent 3 e-mails for a status update now and no response. Please help! Maybe someone from Zazzle can give an update why it's taken so long for some people?

I have the same this problem. I sent it since 10 Jul 22 but no respond. I sent to ticket but no answer too.

So I think Zazzle paid 15 august ago but no have it too.

Hi Roberta, thanks for your help.  I have the same problem. I received an email on July 14th letting me know that my W-8 form had all the correct information, and that they were sending it to the financial team where it would take 2-4 weeks to finalize. It has been 8 weeks since the email, with no answer. I have already sent two tickets, as well as two reply emails to the W8 review team, and have not received an answer from any of them.

Please Help needed here too! I have the same problem here that GabrielaG reported above. I received the e-mail that all the info is correct on June 28th. But nothing happened after that.  My incident reference number is: CAS-7197063-L5H2R9  

Can someone please give an update on when the finalizing of the process is expected? Thanks in advance!

One more week has passed. By now I'm in my 9th week since my last email telling me that all my information was correct and was been sent to the financial team. 

One more week with no answer to any of my two email (tickets) sent. No answer to any of my two direct reply emails to the W-8 form team, and no answer here either... I feel ghosted!
Zazzle, what is going on? at least as a courtesy we should have receive a reply by now! There is not even a point of sending another email if no one is answering at all!  I find this incredibly rude!

Hi everyone! I just made a new forum thread called "No answer from W-8BEN Form Financial Team", as I fear no one form Zazzle is looking at our posts in the "W8-BEN Form inquiry" thread as it was already marked as "solved". And the situation is actually not solved, at least not for some of us.
If you like to reply with a new post there, it would be great. The more the better and maybe, fingers cross, Zazzle can get a better look at our situation and we can get some answers from the financial team.

Hi there,

I just wanted to tell you that I'm facing the same issue. It's been 2 months now that I submitted the W8-BEN form and I only received one human written message telling me the W8-Form team would contact me. Well, I'm still waiting. Here is a more detailed description of the situation (original discussion).

To the moderators, I find quite improper to end the related topics from me and Gabriella redirecting them to this one which is marked as solved. As Gabriella said previously: this issue is NOT solved, worse this issue is NOT even considered.

Hi Scott, the reason why we are adding a new thread is because we have NOT got any answers from Zazzle in any form. Not on the other threads. Not via emails. Neither by contacting the W8-form team, so we felt that we had no other choice but to try again with a new thread... It seems really strange and tactless that Zazzle is not answering anything at all in any way or form. What do you suggest that we do? We are really open to any suggestion that might work... and we really hope we are not left in the dark AGAIN.

I understand the desire to resolve the situation, but it's never a good idea to spread a conversation out into multiple separate threads. Keeping all conversation in the same discussion will ensure that everyone receives help and no requests are lost. I second JuicyPaperie, I find it quite improper, impolite, disrespectful and plain rude that Zazzle keeps redirecting the topic and giving no answers to the problem at all!

It's been 9 weeks and I have got NOT answer to any of my four emails, and no answers in any of the forum threads! What else are we suppose to do?

Sorry Scott, but we have been doing just that, we have added new posts into the conversation and still with no results. No answer from Zazzle! 

Is there anyway you can help or direct us to someone that can actually help?

Please accept my apologies for being a bit too sensitive. But this is something understandable after 2 month feeling left behind by Zazzle. I'm discovering the forum while trying to get some help. I understand you're doing the best you can by grouping the related issues into a stronger unified thread. Thank you for that. Hi Scott, I would also like to apologize. I haven't been able to sleep well wishing I could edit my post where I rant for a moment. Please understand it comes from the frustration of feeling ignored by having no answer from anyone from the W8-Form team or Zazzle's financial team for quite a while. Since we are not receiving any reply to our emails we are trying to find some help here from Zazzle. 

My apologies again, we appreciate any help and guidance you can give us. Please help us find someone to fix the situation soon or at least let us know what is going on.

Hi everyone, as an update I just received an email from Megan from the W-8 Review Team, letting me know that they have a much reduced number of team member processing and reviewing the forms, and that they received a reply about my W-8BEN form saying that is need of revision, and that I need to resubmit with a some new information. So there it is. I'm relieved I finally got a response, but sad it was not the response I expected. I thought everything was fine with my W-BEN form already. I even had an international Canadian-American tax accountant review it... Well, I guess I need to get and work on it again.... I wonder since when they got the response that my form needed some changes, it seems they knew for a while but haven't got back to me. 
Hope they are checking everyone from the forum thread now and you all get an email soon... fingers crossed with a better outcome than mine!

I'm waiting 4 weeks for my W-8 BEN to be renewed/ updated. I assume they mass sacked alot of there workers over vaccines mandates from the information they replied to me. 

With the current pandemic, we unfortunately have a very reduced number of team members to assist with processing these requests. Please expect a 2-4 week delay for review/reply.

Thank you hamzajabir. I'm guessing they are presently reviewing the cases from everyone posting here, at least that's what I hope. I'm so grateful to finally have an answer, even if it wasn't the best news, at least now I can move forward.

I have a similar problem. I would like to ask for some help.

I sent the W8BEN form on 29 Aug. It's been more than 1 month. Unfortunately, there is no answer for now. I'm a little worried. This is my full-time job and salary from old zazzle store. (Thousands of dollars)

Could you help me or look into it? Is there anything else I can do about it? Is there a payment without accepting a W8BEN document?

Sorting by family name is the problem. I have two family names (I am European).
This is the second time they ask for a review, but I don't understand.
Sent:
My first version: First name - Family name1 - Family Name2.
My second version: First name - Family Name2 - Family name1.
I have no other idea.
