No Updates on My W8-BEN Form 2 Months After Submission

Hi there,

It's the first time for me to post anything here. Normally, complaining isn't my thing but I just don't see how to fix this issue. To sum up the situation:

  • July, 15th: I submitted my W8-BEN form
  • July, 15th: I received an automatic notification of good receipt
  • August, 8th: I tried to contact the customer support team and received a copy of my message by email.
  • August, 15th: I tried to contact the customer support team and received a copy of my message by email.
  • August, 17th: I received my first (and only) human written message telling me I would be in contacted soon by the W8 team.

"I have requested a status update from our W8 team and they should be in touch soon.

If I am provided with any updates, I will be sure keep you in the loop!
For now, feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concerns by replying directly to this email and I would be more than happy to assist you further! Thank you for your patience.

  • September, 2nd: I tried to answer back this email since I haven't been contacted.
  • September, 4th: I tried to contact the customer support team and did NOT receive any copy of my message by email.
  • September, 6th: I tried to contact the customer support team and did NOT receive any copy of my message by email.

I just feel ignored. Normally, I should be excited so have sales but just feel like Zazzle is making money on my back without even the intention to pay me one day... What should I do? Go legal? Has anyone experienced this kind of situation?

Well it seems that it does not change anything unfortunately. Is anyone experiencing the same kind of silence from the Zazzle team? 😩

Yes! I have the same problem, I have payments that can not be paid out because the W8 form is not processed yet. 
I received an e-mail on June 28 that my form had all the correct information and that it should take 2-4 weeks to process. But nothing happened and no response to any of my e-mails. Please Zazzle. Can you process my form so I can get paid?
