Sorry if I'm coming off as frustrated but I can't believe how hard you are making it just for me to reorder an item I've ordered before. Every customer who logs in to this site who has ever placed an order should be greeted and then directed to a page that shows the last activities including past orders.
I have just spent 10 minutes digging around trying to find a way to reorder the last order I placed.. and it's nowhere to be found and I'm wondering why. If this is as difficult for a customer who is logged in as it is for me then I'm sorry to say..... poor website design for repeat business.
Sales 101: make it easy for customers to place a reorder
As it turns out you have to do three clicks to find your way to your orders
Settings (did not expect to have to go into settings to find my orders)
Then click Account
Then click Orders
My venting is done

If you click your profile icon from the forums, the options are for the forums. 😉

I can understand the frustration. I buy a lot of my crafting supplies from Amazon, and they make it super-easy to see what you've previously bought, and re-order if you wish. It would be sensible to have a similar system on this platform.

In the same way, a buyer will refrain from leaving a review. On large online sales platforms, they are so important.

I do not access my orders through Settings. When I log onto Zazzle, I click on my account icon (the little circle with my picture on it), and a drop down menu is presented with "My Orders" in the #2 position. It's quick and easy.

But when I click on my little icon picture top right I see this

Thank you. So as it turns out the site kept my cookies alive but did not allow me to see that menu until I agreed to the accept cookies popup. Then I was able to see the extended menu.

Isn't that odd? I tried this using both Safari and Chrome browsers and clicked on my account icon immediately after logging on to Zazzle, before attempting to visit any of my stores. Then I tried again and clicked on one of my stores, then clicked on my account icon and got the same results: the dropdown menu with "My Orders" as the #2 item on the dropdown menu. I do not see "settings" in that menu. Oh well....
