Zazzle Customer Service Gave the Customer Great Help.

I only help customers on design issues (before they submit their order) and I have a firm policy of only dealing with them through the Zazzle messaging system. No private emails and definitely no phone calls. I had a very demanding customer yesterday who wanted me to call immediately. I just replied that after she personalizes the template and submits the order, Zazzle takes over and processes her order, makes the product and ships it, so it is Zazzle customer service that would help her. 

She just sent nicest email telling me how great Zazzle customer service was and that everything worked out perfectly. I can't say how much I appreciate Zazzle customer service and the role they play in this process. I get this feedback from my customers quite often and I thought it was time that I thanked them.

That's so nice to hear! I almost never hear back from customers once I send them to customer support so I'm left hoping that everything worked out OK. 

BTW, this is great wording: "...Zazzle takes over and processes the order, makes the product and ships it." Do you mind if I borrow it for some of my boilerplate?
