When an outside link brings a potential customer to a product that no longer exists (deleted, removed, other) could it redirect to that seller’s main store page? It could have a pop up message that said the product couldn’t be found and they are on the main store page.

Or, could you show several of that seller’s similar products (by keyword?) in place of the list of unavailable reasons?

Reasoning: Someone has successfully gotten a potential customer to Zazzle. The text at the top, at first glance, tells them (potential customer) that their goal failed and they should immediately go away. (I don’t know how many people would stop to read the info before hitting the back button.) Giving them clickable product images from the same store, at the top, would give them (potentially) very similar products to go to. The search result images below are less likely to be similar to what they where looking for.

Yes would love to see different wording at least.

Due to the thousands of products that have recently been deleted through no fault of the designers/creators, external links (i.e pinterest/twitter/fb etc) are going to be hammered with 'Product not found' and the present page is not very welcoming I agree.

Perhaps just a simple 'We're sorry - this product is not available anymore' and a link to either the store department (so customer can at least browse something similar) or maybe a collection?

Either way, an update is needed for sure

Also, there should be a cute character, like a happy blue cat resembling Zazzle's logo. That'd be awesome. The Zazzle character could appear on those "error 404 page not found" too.
