I was trying to make a white design on black tissue paper, but it won't show any white elements. It just looks solid black.

As a workaround, I can use the white tissue paper and make its background black and then add the white design. I imagine the backside of the tissue paper will still be white though.

I have always wondered what the point is with the black tissue paper! I can never get it to show anything.

Here's how it always looks for me.

The printing process for tissue paper doesn't offer a white under print - so indeed, anything printed on black (or any of the other colors for that matter) will not include any white areas - they will always be the color of the paper.
