Border Thickness Doesn't Scale

It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale.

Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one.
