First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment.
If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message.
As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat.
