First/Last Baseline Locking when changing line spacing would be great

When adjusting the line spacing between multi-line text, the baseline of the first line of text does not stay in place. It scoots up or down as you increase and decrease the line spacing setting. 

It's especially noticeable when anchoring text to the top or bottom of a text box. 

So even when you just need to slightly tweak line spacing to line up with other things in the design - the rest of the text changes position too, and you have to start all over again when trying to align text with other elements.

It would save design time if the text stayed in place. I can explain better or do a video if needed to clear up what I'm trying to say  🙂
