With the new Ambassador program, many of us are scrambling to adjust our approach and make ends meet. I was thinking that one way to lessen the blow a bit would be to provide a system where customers could leave a tip or payment that would go directly to the designer - it could be used as a way to collect compensation for custom design work, or it could simply be a way for a customer to leave a tip as a thank you for a designer.  Just a thought...

I'm all for an added fee or tip jar...anything which puts money back in the pocket of the person actually doing all the work.
Someone above mentioned "You should be paid for your time." There is the plain truth. When I calculate the time and effort put into designing, adding, updating products and changing everything every time Zazzle makes a change... based on my monthly payout, I am literally earning 64 cents per hour (I average abt 30 hrs a week)
Go ahead read that again. 64 cents per hour. Calculate yours... maybe if you are platinum or diamond to you this doesn't matter, but for the vast majority of us striving so hard to get ahead here, every penny truly does count, and for Zazzle to take away half of THAT for every 3rd party sale (and I have had nothing but 3rd party sales since the tos change)...
what more needs to be said?

You should just re-instate the original payment methods.
