Currently we are all seeing spam messages, few a day from fiver dot com marketers and promoters.

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the suggestion:

  1. Zazzle could create a system in CHAT that detects spam.
  2. This system would trigger when certain words or phrases are used, such as "fiver.com" or other common spam/scam phrases.
  3. Any messages containing these flagged words/phrases would be automatically sent to a designated "spam folder".
  4. Zazzle staff (or us) could then review these emails at a later time, and take appropriate action.
  5. Alternatively, the spammer could receive a notice informing them that their message has not been forwarded due to its content...try again eliminating anything NOT customer inquiry related.
