In the section where we add messages for customers (when they follow, add item to cart, make a purchase etc) please can you add an option for us to add an 'away' message.

I currently add this in the single settings line for 'chat' BUT I don't think customers see/read that when they visit chat? I'm not sure how visible it is to them.

But if we could have something linked to chat or in those settings, that allows an automated 'away' message to pop up when we are on holiday/sick etc. that would be very helpful.

If this is possible, I (and other creatives I am sure) would really appreciate it! Thank you so much for your help.
