I just noticed that under our product image on a product page there are two product displays / carousels that appear on the page in the follow order: 1. Other Products you might like 2. Other Products In this collection I would like to suggest: that if the product designer has products shown in the section that says Other Products from this collection that this display be shown above the section that says Other Products you might like. We really need the words "return address" to be added to the end of the title for the return address labels. I listen to youtube videos while working and I always get the same 2 videos as ads. Someone talking about a wedding invite and a stamper thing for wedding invites. I am not engaged. I do not care. Zazzle should be advertising their new backpacks, and the t-shirts. Also people are crazy about cups for some reason. Why not show off the to go mugs? I see ads for competitors and I am honestly tempted to buy some of their shirts made by other people, meanwhile zazzle only advertises wedding stationery to single and married people.  ... View more

I'd like to underscore my BIG disappointment that folded cards were not included in the 50 percent off Holiday Cards this season. My business is primarily folded cards and it was a loss of revenue for me if that continuous.  I'm hoping when the cards, including greeting cards, go on sale again that folded cards will be included in the max discount that you offer.  I've asked customers about the 2-sided cards and that's a no-go for them. On the product page where it shows the designer at the top of the screen, if you click on the store name it gives you the option to message the designer. If the customer clicks on the message button here, it takes them directly to chat - there's no customer support option. However, if they scroll WAY down to the product description area, there's another option to message the designer. If they click on the message button in this location, it offers them the option of contacting customer support: I'd like to suggest that the top message button should work like the bottom one does - i.e. give the customer the "customer care" option. I think that the vast majority of customers never scroll down far enough to get to the product description area, so most are using the top contact button rather than the bottom one. I think if this message button had the customer support option it might cut down on the bazillions of messages that should go to customer support instead of to us, and that would be a better experience for both us and the customer! When working on a design, it would be nice to have the option to "Move Image to front" or "Move Image to Back".  I know we can manually click the forward or backward buttons or click and drag the image in the left hand side of the screen, but just two simple buttons to move the image all the to the back or bring it to the utmost front would be super helpful (especially if your design has many images to work with). By typing "thank you cards" into the Zazzle search bar, a drop-down list appears of various options one can click---and not ONE offers "non-wedding thank you" or maybe "everyday thank you cards" or something like that.  I, a designer, wanted to find a page of non-wedding, general occasion thank you cards for a link to add to a social media to go along with a collection I was posting and it was practically IMPOSSIBLE to get away from photo wedding thank you and to find more generalized, everyday sort of thank you's. After trying a variety of search terms, using "any occasion thanks," FINALLY brought me to cute, more generalized non-wedding thank you cards. It didn't used to be so difficult. Not having a search option in the Zazzle list of suggested searches for people looking for non-wedding thank you cards hurts designers like myself and others who DO design cute, non-wedding, more general occasion thank you cards & postcards and you are hurting our sales by NOT offering a way to access them! I am not a fan of product or collection videos (collection videos are particularly obnoxious and "in your face" distracting!) but I tried to make ONE video for a mug, using a professional template, and that video won't load! I keep getting a "server error" any time I try day or night. I don't know what the problem is! I tried renaming it, that didn't help. It would be very helpful if Zazzle would tell us what is actually wrong with the video, instead of that vague "server error!"
