Please Zazzle Tech Dept. Make it OPTIONAL for the designer to CHOSE whether they want to display their ORIGINAL art work store banner, or to opt for the gradient overlay AUTOMATICALLY added at upload, without our constant!!! We don't take for instance, your zazzle home page images and distort them, so please respect ours! # 2 BIG ISSUE!!! Needs addressed immediately. I'm currently updating my store banners and since yesterday they will not post!

Hi everyone! I see how Zazzle keeps improving the connection between creators and customers. I was thinking that it would be cool to have an option allowing the creator to set online / offline status. Thanks to @ColsCreations we recently discovered that thumbnail images for our stores on the home page do not always accurately represent the stores. Some include outdated images, or images that do not sell that well, while we have products and designs that perform much better. So my suggestion is: Please allow us to create thumbnail images for our stores just like we do banners and logos. This way every designer could choose the most appealing and accurate representation of their store. If thumbnail images are chosen based on customer's browsing history and are not stuck, then maybe we could create thumbnails for each most searched category for the algorithm to choose from? Any comments from the Z team would be greatly appreciated.

It would be convenient if the Zazzle canned response message didn't disappear after the first message is sent. Sometimes I have to ask a customer for more information as they can be vague. Once I do that the canned response with the customer service link disappears. If it were still up I'd just click on it, then, edit it per each customer's specific needs.

I think it would be great for Zazzle to allow us to sell Animated Invitations, even though digital still invitations are nice, animated ones would be a bit better. I would love to do this and I'm sure they'd sell like hotcakes. It's the next step in this fast moving world, imo. Cheers.

I'm getting multiple messages per day from customers who can't find the link to the Shipping Options. It seems like the link keeps moving, so it's hard for me to direct customers on how to find it. Today I was trying to help a customer who needed to know how long a seating chart would take to arrive. I wasn't sure if she was ordering a poster or a foam core board, so I went to find the location of the link, and get this... the link is in a DIFFERENT place on the two different products! And if she's on a phone, God knows where it might be. Is there some way we could have a link that we could send them to get to the right page, or maybe even something to append onto the end of the product URL or something? Or maybe just stop moving the link and make it more prominent somehow? It would sure save a lot of headaches if customers could find it.

Just wishful thinking .... it would be awesome if we could use any combination of two or more of the shapes elements to create our masks. Right now, we're confined to using a single rectangle, triangle or round shape but by combining multiple shapes, we could mask just about anything. I usually go back to photoshop to create a png of whatever mask I need but sometimes it would be great to be able to do it on the fly.

Because many of us do not have all our products at the same royalty rate, could you come up with a solution where we can reduce or increase our royalty rate but a set number, eg, decrease all my different royalty rates by another 5%. So if I have an invitation at 14.9% and a sticker at 30%, the new royalties will be 9.9% for the invitation and 25% for the sticker. Sometimes I have different rates for different designs on the same product type so this will help immensely, particularly during the holidays.

It would be great if we could easily and quickly sort and see which product types we should be focusing on by sales. Having it under Royalty Reports which can look at all stores simutaneously saves time. Example: We may "feel" we sell more stickers than buttons, because we keep getting mostly sticker sales. So, we make even more stickers. But, often it can be the case that just one or two designs in particular keep selling. Our false assumption creates stores with lots of one type of product, and, not a lot of others. Creating based on product types that sell, rather than by a particular popular product, may save us time, and, be more profitable for Zazzle. If this is too hard to do, you can just make the word TYPE which is already there clickable to sort it alphabetically?? Just an idea.... Thanks for all you do!

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a New Creator section somewhere,on the home page,like there is for Trending Creators. I'm only selling on Zazzle and i opened my first store about 4 months ago. I've made a few sales,but i have to pay 2 euros per month to my bank,just to keep the account open. Problem with current Dart Boards is the metal web with number. This limits how we can be creative with designs. Creators can't create original game ideas. No metal on front, just 1 inch of Dart Board Cork Circle and Square options Dart board sizes up to 3 feet wide Back side should be printable, mainly for game rules. Thin wood on back side for added stability. Dart options, style, size, color options. Durability, If I want to throw the dart 90 feet like a baseball player.

Whereas the warning signs are great, I would still like to also see a green line back. That way it is easier to see in one view where things actually land on a product, without having to shift everything around and guess what the error location is. Also for products that I did not create before, I find it helpful to see what the bleed is. Thank you 🙂

I know it would only work if the built in share buttons were used, but I still think it would be useful to help keep track of which items have been shared and which could still use some attention.

Is it possible that we add an option to select the kerning setting for each text box? Or that they are coded to use OPTICAL kerning instead of the default/auto? I notice this frequently on most of our fonts, and avoid so many of them entirely because they become a mess because of the kerning settings. Here are two very common/popular/basic fonts and the current kerning settings. The gaps between the A and V are crazy wide and unprofessional-looking. The sans-serif font is also cramming the R and A together. Would love to see this option or fix sometime so we can all produce more professional and more finished-looking designs. Thanks! 🙂

It would be really nice to have the ability to fit text to a path. For products like the corkscrew, where there is a more complex shape to the print area that can't be addressed simply just by adjusting the curvature in the design tool, having this capability opens up more design possibilities. Please put a brief message below the Search Icons search bar of the Icons tab, explaining that addition of icons means that a design can only be added to the shopping cart; it cannot be posted for sale. New creators may not be aware of the restriction that use of icons places on their designs, and often are frustrated with the greyed out Sell It button that greets them upon their exit from the Zazzle design tool. It would be nice if we could add videos to the collections just like you can do with products. At the moment you add up to 10 images but not videos. For example a video showcasing several products in the collection.
