On the bottom of the product page you have an arrow system that only allows you to go one page at a time. Could you put in a different system so that you can skip multiple pages, or better yet choose the page number we can get to? It takes forever to scroll through 47 pages. Thanks in advance.

Is there a way for the customer to select the matching envelope when purchasing wedding invitations? I have seen the envelope drop-down box option, but the only options were for either a white envelope or none at all. I think it might be a good idea if, when purchasing wedding invitations, the customer had the option of selecting the matching envelope made by the same designer. For example, in the drop-down box when purchasing the invitations, there should be the option of something like, "white, matching design, none" rather than just white or none. Just a suggestion.

When a customer adds their name to a product, if their name is too small or large compared to the template, their name size should automatically adjust. I have a customer with 31 items that she has to go into each one and manually adjust the size. This seems kind of ridiculous. When I design the template, of course I have no idea what size font the customer's going to actually need. Please look into this or write me back with any questions.

It's now the 25th and I'm still waiting for my royalties to change. I understand Zazzle has to bow to the google gods but it's still kinda ridiculous that it now takes this long (5 days and counting) while every other platform allows royalty changes in almost real time. Obviously there's a huge number of products that need updating each month which is why if we can't do real time changes then maybe change it to twice a month instead. Once a month changes means everyone is rushing to update their product royalties en masse whereas twice a month would reduce the angst and pressure of changing our royalties by the once-a-month deadline and, I'm assuming, reduce the number of products that would need updating each cycle and thus the amount of time necessary to complete the update. Thx. Update: I just checked a few of my products that have been pending a royalty change for the past few weeks and not only did they not change but the pending royalty amount disappeared from the Royalty Information, which means I'll have to wait another month?? This isn't right.

I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this. It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty). And if the customer does purchase prints of their design then they would still receive the digital file just as a discounted rate.

I like that we can design for cookies, brownies, cake pops, dipped oreos, etc. I would like to have the option to be able to have three or four different coordinating designs on a dozen set. Like 3 cookies will have one design, another 3 have another design, and so on creating a dozen set of a coordinated design theme. Or 4 coordinating designs on groups of three in the dozen set. Hope this makes sense. I think it would look great for holidays, life events, and celebrations.

It would be great if we could have up to 4 templates we can automatically choose from to send to customers who contact us. We could create professional sounding responses that do not sound hurried or have any grammatical errors, and best of all sound like they are coming from us. The same canned response with a "Kind Regards" and a name from multiple creators may leave the customer feeling that we are just sending canned response. My responses for what I'm selling may be different from what someone else is selling. A congratulatory and thanks for shopping for a Bridal Boutique, may sound different from a store that sells pet memorials. I think that 4 of our own canned responses. Or, even Zazzle creating them and us editing them may be fine. For example... 1. One for shipping times. 2. One for order mistakes with name, etc.. 3. One for product materials and specifications. 4. One for returns.

I have spaces between paragraphs when I create the listing. But when it displays on the store, the spaces are removed and it is showing as one big long paragraph. I love Zazzle's idea of using the description to tell a story behind the item, but when you do it doesn't look good structurally on the product page, and discourages a customer from reading it. Is it possible to give us a text box entry tool (like the one I am using right now to type this) on the Product Form for typing in descriptions?

It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

I used to have the Zazzle Earnings app on my phone and found it really helpful for checking sales and referrals quickly. I deleted it by mistake and now I can’t find it anywhere. Others who still have it can use it, but it’s no longer in the App Store. Zazzle, would you consider bringing it back or adding full earnings tracking to the main app? Anyone else miss it?

The product manager shows all your products. This is great but can get unwieldy. It's great that you can use the bar on the left to filter by custom category or Zazzle department. I'd love to be able to filter by collection though. Maybe just a drop-down list on the left right above your custom categories. Ideally it would combine with whichever department or category you've chosen. Thanks!

Thank you for the massive font expansion. The choice is now great but the drawback is that it has become overwhelming. It would be extremely helpful if you would move the chosen favorites to the top of the respective style/category lists: favorites first (alphabetically), then the rest (alphabetically). This way we can save a lot of scrolling now that the choice is immense. I know, there is the favorites category (thank you for that great add, too) but in practice, it's more convenient to work by style category - the favorites category gets overwhelming and difficult to use, too, with so many fonts. Thanks for considering. Have a great day! Oh, and kudos for the latest improvements, the designer has become a gem.

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc. The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site. Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc. Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. Okay, that's my rant for the day. Goin' back to designing now. 😊

It would be really great if customers had the option to purchase different amounts of sheet protectors with their binder purchase. Maybe a drop down box to add different amounts like 12, 24, 36, 50 or something along those lines. Also, an option for Tab Dividers in a similar fashion would nice, and perhaps offer these in different solid color options or white with colored tabs.

I had a family member that was an avid puzzle builder and loved to frame them and hang them throughout the home. I think that having the option to purchase puzzle glue and a frame at the time of purchase may be an additional revenue stream for puzzles. Thanks for considering. I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages. That way you can make the pages of the notebook match the cover.
