It's unbelievable how many "me too" posts are generated in the Tech forum. We need someone to lock all but the original post. Usually someone from Z has acknowledge the issue on the first post. But members don't seem to look for duplicate threads of the same problem and start another. Even writing on those duplicate threads with links to the original does nothing to deter other's from adding their "me too" posts. Would love to have the image options that are now available under the 'Share' button of our collections (portrait, square, landscape, etc.)  become downloadable like our product mockups. Right click and copying the image from there is really not clear enough to use for anything. For now, I download individual product mockups and make my own collection ads for posting on pinterest, etc. but it would be nice if we could just download a larger copy of the image already provided in the collection. ... While rectangular sizes have different aspect ratios and need to be published separately if you use frames and such, all square sizes can be served in one single product/design. It would be useful if you would add a Square Only publishing option for that matter. Especially considering that the design gets completely messed up when switching from square to rectangular sizes and vice-versa (an issue I have addressed at the beginning and you have confirmed to be a known problem). I know that the team is trying to steer customers towards the customer service team when they try to message designers but customers are still messaging us with non-design messages. I noticed that there is an alert on the actual message page before the customer types in their message to us - saying (again) that Creators are only responsible for artwork. But the font is tiny and it's a light grey colour. Any chance the tech team could make it bigger and bolder so the customer is more likely to read it? ... View more

Can there please be an option for us to choose which video "Insitu" to use for each product?  I am designing foil wedding invitation suites and I would like to choose which ones show with the product.  It is weird and off-putting to see a bold floral wedding invitation in the middle of a wreath with a red background.  That would work great on invites designed around that theme, but not others.  It would be nice to check the boxes next to the video Insitus that we feel work best with our designs.  Thanks for your time. ... I know this was marked solved on another post but it truly wasn't put into the Suggestions forum to begin with. I'm really going batty and blind trying to create transparent backgrounds on mugs, keychains and other products currently shown on white backgrounds. Because my time spent on designing has now doubled for one product (creating the design, using the Z design tool and now trying to create beautiful covers), I'd sure appreciate a better system to make cover photos. ... Currently in "My Images" we have the option to see: All Images Recent Images My Albums I'd like to suggest a third option  -  Unfiled Images It can be confusing to navigate My Images when there's a lot in there, and hard to know what's been filed and what hasn't. Being able to see Unfiled Images only (if selected; not suggesting it replace the other views) could really help with that. ... View more

This works for fabric and it works perfectly, could we please have the button to post other types of products for sale on phones? (I dont have a tablet so I dont know if this can be done on tablets?) It's so convenient, I tend to spend a few days designing and then upload a lot of designs over a day or two, its would be so helpful to be able to publish those designs when I'm not in front of my computer. It helps me to keep organized to do one thing at a time, so if I'm uploading a lot of designs I lose track if I have to publish each one before moving on to the next.   ... View more

How is a designer supposed to avoid repeating a specific content violation yet be sent a notice of content review with zero way of finding out which design is the offending design? In the email it says view image but... you get there and there's nothing but a blank white square box!!  If Z is concerned about sending us to an image of the product that has the content removed can you please simply include a thumbnail or screenshot of the within the email (not a link) of the product with a watermark over it? It's like being arrested and brought to jail with no knowledge of what  your offense was 🙂 I know the analogy is a bit extreme but I think expresses what I'm talking about ... View more

... from the market place: if possible please consider keeping the products that already have sales. Some of my products, as soon as they are sold for the first time, disappear from the market place, perhaps because that is when the system detects that it is a "repeated" product according to the criteria it uses? An example: I have several t-shirts for kids in different colors with the same image (a logo), ok I admit it can be considered a repetition, my intention was to see which color the market preferred and delete the ones that didn't sell (I did this with other products in the past) but the problem is that the one that was sold disappeared right after the sale, the others are still on the market. As products that already sold are not subject to "Optimization Needed" shouldn't be missing either, in my opinion. or maybe I'm seeing this all wrong due to my lack of experience in these things 😳 Thanks! ... 1.) Can we please get a new department, to choose from, for magnets? All magnets default to kitchen magnets and I find it odd, that there is not a department for car magnets, when I am making a car magnet. 2.) Hi Everyone So I have had customers asking me about Wedding Websites and in more depth Websites that would be matching the templates to my designs. Zazzle has give us a QR Code generator which works amazingly and is great but this sends traffic away from Zazzle to other sites who have wedding websites. Is it a possibility that Zazzle could look at offering this service in the future? Whereby our digital or printed cards could be available on a wedding website in this template form (and the websites could sell like a digital product for example). Or a combo like is already available. I feel these additional offerings could also bring more traffic and extra sales on top of the current printed and digital sales, it also could target a different customer base. Thanks     ... So, zazzle has a popup if you have the word  glitter  or some other words that this product will not actually be made of glitter/metal/feathers or what ever.. which is fine..  But this year I am getting a TON of pinks for grad cap toppers - speaking with  zazzle about this I'm told that anyone attempting to use a school logo or Trademark Name will be  cancelled.. Can we PLEASE have a pop up warning customers not to do this..? it's very disheartening to have a sea of pink in my sales pages. I have not had this issue till this year on a product I made in 2016 - it would be SO easy for zazzle to do it. I did try a warning in my description but I don't think customers read descriptions much.   this is from the very old store that I have them in..  all these but 2 are for the toppers.. very few actually go through.. some do .. but this is a little over a week.. most do not go through..   ... When designing stickers, I often find the design looks good on some shapes (let's say star, rectangle) but not on others (e.g. heart, circle). I then need to choose either just one shape (and lose some other shapes which would have worked OK) or set the listing to sell on all shapes, even though some look wrong. I know I could always create a new listing for each shape that works, but maybe we could have the option of check boxes to decide exactly which shapes will be offered on the listing? ... View more
