Yesterday a customer contacted me to alter a current product's design. After a back and forth conversation with them it was apparent they wanted me to totally change the design completely. When this happens I usually recommend the customers to Zazzle Live. The reasoning behind the recommendation is the meager earnings I would receive would not be worth my time. I have very rarely sent customers to Zazzle Live in the past. Because Creator's receive no compensation for sending potential customers to Zazzle Live I'm sure many Creators don't bother. However, I want the customer to have the best experience with Zazzle in hopes they come back some day for more purchases. It would be nice if the favor was reciprocal. We do our best to bring customers to Zazzle every day. Sometimes we are lucky enough they purchase something and we receive a referral. Wouldn't it be nice if we got a 5% commission when a customer we send to Zazzle Live purchases something they otherwise would not have? I'm sure Creator's who don't do personalized work for Zazzle customers would direct them to Zazzle Live if they knew there was a chance they'd be compensated for creating another happy Zazzle customer. In Zazzle's paper breakout, the current table card used for creating table numbers is offered as a 3 1/2 x 5 inch card only. Can Zazzle offer this paper product in a variety of sizes, i.e. 5x7 and 4x6? I have customers ask for larger table cards and to accommodate them,  I make the table numbers on flat 5x7 card stock, but that comes automatically with an envelope. I have to ask the customer to turn off the envelope option before ordering. This is cumbersome and would be more efficient if the table cards were offered in the popular size options that other flat cards are sold in.   ... View more

The product manager shows all your products. This is great but can get unwieldy. It's great that you can use the bar on the left to filter by custom category or Zazzle department. I'd love to be able to filter by collection though. Maybe just a drop-down list on the left right above your custom categories. I was thinking about types of products to offer people for customers' office and home office desks and thought about tissue box covers/sleeves. I did a quick search and didn't see any on Zazzle. This seems like a product that should be easy to source for POD. The typical cube style boxes are a good target. Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea.  Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. Isn't there a way for Zazzle to display (show) the bath towels folded with the design centered on the towel.  They do it with the kitchen towel.  Most people fold their bath towels and hand towels in thirds with the design centered on the middle if the towel.  Zazzle shows the towel simply folded in half which means you either don't see the entire design or you have to move the design to the edge of the towel.  By designing a product not consistent with how people use them it is costing us sales.                           6999999993------+ ... It would be a really nice feature to be able to allow a user to delete a photo or QR code (I mean QR codes that we've placed as part of the design, not the Zazzle attribution QR code) from the product page. Of course for some designs you don't want them to be able to delete it, but for others it would be great if it was an option - like a setting we could set at design time - "allow user to delete from product page." That way you could create a card with a photo on the back which they could delete if they didn't want one, or you could create a design with the option to have a QR code but not the requirement.
