We are entering the second half of 2023, and before you know it, the Holiday is here. Do you have any new product(s) you'd like to see Zazzle start selling before the Holiday? For me, I would love to have the opportunity to design for FOIL poker cards. I know they could be pricey, but that's what makes them such fabulous gifts for special occasions like Christmas, Groomsmen Gifts, Milestone Birthday etc., not to mention Z will probably be the only place on Earth one can order customized FOIL poker cards on line. So what is your new product wish list for this holiday season on Z marketplace? You know, Santa might just be listening now...

Perhaps it could be added to statistics... idk. You choose where to put it. But it would be a nice piece to have. We would then be able to look at the cover image, the date, views, sales, etc to get a feel for how successful that cover image has been. If it is performing poorly, we can then change it knowing that it has been around for awhile. The way I see it, is that it is going to take 3+ months in internet land before we will know how successful the image is. If after 6 months I haven't generated a sale or received a bunch of views... I should probably upload a different style cover image. But knowing which images I uploaded 6 months ago is tough right now as I did not note the image upload date anywhere... I would still like a way to be able to separate out products with cover images too. FYI. Cheers PC .............................. Not really a tech issue so thought I'd post it here as a suggestion. (feel free to move it elsewhere) I noticed that on baby bodysuits pages that there's a graphic at the bottom that shows the Football, Organic, Gerber and Tutu style being available for our designs. Does this need to be removed or are they coming back? Thanks

Now that we can add up to 10 cover images using media manager 😎, it would be nice if we have the option to remove some of Zazzle's default cover images.

When applying an image filter to a tiled image, can we have more options to change the overall color of the tiled image as a whole. The filters are all wonderful, however, some work best for single images and when applied to a tiled background you get a checkerboard design. I know you are busy doing lots of other stuff, and, maybe it's not possible to change the color for tiled images. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention. I was in my backend image folder and saw a powerful photo of mine that I had completely forgotten about and thought.... wouldn't it be cool / I wish I could select that photo and start a product design process right from there. So my idea suggestion: the alternative design process of designing a product starting with your image / graphic right from the backend image folder it's in. I would call this our reverse design process. Maybe the way this could work is: you select your graphic or image you want to start with, then maybe be brought to a search box for the blanks page to select the product you want to put this on and continue the design process as usual. You could consider this an alternative step 1 in using the process of transfering a design to another product... except in this case we are starting the process from any of our image folders. This is not a suggestion as a reverse quick create...... this is for one off product creation. So design community what do you think?

So many times I'll be working on something and want to try something different with it but don't want to lose how I already have it. So I resort to copying layers, hiding/unhiding, grouping/ungrouping, which gets really unwieldy & frustrating for many different reasons. Occasionally I've even manually copied a design to another of the same blank so I could keep working on it without losing how I had it at the "i think this is it" point. So I thought tonight it would be really great if we had an option on Saved Designs to "Create a Copy" so we can keep editing while having the "original" to go back to. This would also make it easy to compare the different versions side-by-side when trying to decide which one to publish.

I'm running into problems trying to track instant download sales and am wishing there were better tools for looking at that info. Here are a few suggestions/requests. 1) It would be super helpful instant download sales could be added to the list of info that appears under the "quick stats" link on the product page. That may be complicated by the fact that a digital download is considered a transfer to a different product? I dunno, but it would just be super helpful if there was some way to find out from the product page if a product has sold as a download and get some stats on that. Digital download sales don't seem to show up under the view insights link either. 2) When you choose the digital stats tab while viewing products in the back end, and then order by orders or last sold date, you get all products that have sold, not just digital downloads - even if you filter it to show enabled products only, it still shows you the sales ordered by physical sales not digital. It would be really helpful if there was some way to look at your products and easily see just the digital info so you could easily see which products are selling the most downloads. So basically, if I want to get download stats for a particular product, the only way I can find to do it is to search for it in my back end and then switch to the digital stats tab... I may be missing something - if there's another way to get that info I'd be delighted if someone could enlighten me! Thanks!

I've ordered a couple dry-erase magnetic sheet items, and both times, dry erase markers (various brands and colors) have been impossible to fully erase, and left smudges of the color wherever I wrote. However I did also try wet-erase markers, and those seemed to work better without leaving much of a trace after erased. I may suggest looking into this and perhaps changing the name/description of them. It would be really great if we were able to save searches in our stores. For example, today I'm working with all the mugs in my stores. So I search on "mug," set the number of pages to 200 (or whatever the maximum is), and the sort to A-Z. But that can get undone if I look more closely at a particular product or some other thing. So if that happens, it would save lots of time and keystrokes (and mood goodness) if I could just go back to my saved search. (I know Windows has this, for instance.) Thanks for considering!

It used to be we could see if our products had our customized mockup in our admin area of our store listings. Now we can only see it if we click through to the product. I'd like that to go back to being visible in our admin area of our product listings. It helps me see which products I still need to do a cover photo mockup. Having to click through to every product to see if it's done just isn't efficient. It also just makes me happy to see my progress in getting my products completed with an original cover photo mockups. Please put this back.

I frequently get customers who want to transfer a poster to a foam core board - usually a seating chart. And while I have most of them available in both formats, customers often don't know that, so they'll spend hours customizing the seating chart and then when they go to select the paper they realize that none of the choices are what they want. Unfortunately, Foam Core boards are not one of the options for products that you can transfer the design to. Of course you can choose view all products, and search for it - yadda, yadda, yadda - but customers don't know that and it's way too complicated for most of them. So that leaves them with 2 options, they can either start over from the correct template, or they can contact me for help - and then I have to talk them through the process of sending me a share link so I can access their design. Please make this easier!

I get several chat messages per week that read something like: "Could I get this in the color blue?" I have no idea which product the customer is referencing, nor if they've already customized and/or purchased it. If there's some way we could get that information it would be a huge help. It's not that I mind copy/pasting my "this system doesn't let me see what you're working on" message, the problem is that figuring out what they're talking about usually takes 3-4 messages back and forth, and at least half of the time, they give up somewhere in that process so the sale is lost. If I could just get a little bit more information, I'd be able to provide them with a quicker answer without all of the back and forth. Here's the info I'd dearly love to have. 1) Which product is the customer referencing? Originally, the chat system included a link to the product, but that feature disappeared within a month or so and has never come back. It would be SUPER helpful to have that feature back. 2) Is the customer messaging about a product that they've already purchased? So often customers assume that I can see their order history and will know what they're asking about. If I could know that they've already made the purchase, it would save all the back and forth to figure that out and to get them over to customer service so they can get the help they need. Often these customers want to make a change to something they just bought - and by the time we get through with all of the back and forth the item is already in the print queue and it's too late for them to cancel and redo it. 3) Has the customer already customized the item? If they have, could the system give them the option to share their work in progress with me? It would save SOOOO much time and hassle if I didn't have to walk people through the process of sending me a share link so I can help them. Thanks for considering this stuff!

I try my very best with creating engaging content on social media, but I am not sure if what I am posting is what I should be posting or if I am even posting it on the right platform, day or time. I also am not even sure if I am utilizing all the features that I could be utilizing on social platforms. Getting professional tips and tricks would be great. So, I would like to suggest tips for "organic social media marketing" in the designer team emails. The designer team emails give us a heads up on what products will be having promos and also gives us ideas for what products to create, but I know a lot of designers would benefit from some social media marketing tips. Each platform is different , Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc. and therefore there are many different ways to engage in some effective organic marketing.
