So I've just gone through my daily ritual of checking my messages and explaining to various customers that I can't make changes for them after they've placed and order. And at the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd like to suggest that Zazzle make some attempt to explain to customers how the process works. A non-trivial percentage of customers assume when they fill out the form to personalize their design, that what they are doing is sending me instructions for how they want me to customize their invitation (or whatever.) They don't understand that they are actually doing the customization themselves, and that it's an automated WYSIWYG process. It seems like a great deal of confusion could be avoided if Zazzle gave them a quick message when they put something in their cart. Maybe a screen that showed them the product mockup and said something like "Congratulations, your design is complete! Here's what your printed product will look like!" Just something to make it clear that what they see is what they get, and that the design process is over once they finish the purchase.  To be clear, my issue is NOT that I have to deal with these customers. Trust me, by now, I have simple cut and paste answers for this situation because I have to deal with it at least several times per week. I just think that a lot of customer unhappiness and frustration could be avoided if some attempt was made to explain the process so they're not assuming that I'm going to tweak and perfect their design after they submit it. I have been revising some of my older design listings to take advantage of design features that didn’t exist when they were created. Stuff like replacing my own png image frames with identical ones using the more versatile and flexible Zazzle Elements Shapes. It would be immensely helpful if Zazzle could add a “Last revised date” to the statistics section to identify those that have been submitted and approved for revision and those that haven’t.  It’s really difficult to keep track! I'm no expert at dresses since I never wear them 😄, but seeing how it's always trending in the summer, I think offering a basic dress in different sizes could be a big hit on Zazzle in the summer times. And it would be especially cool for creators if it has an all-over print.  Think of summer dresses, simple bridesmaid dresses, cocktail party dress, glitter, gradients, floral, etc.  Something like this, but there are probably thousands of types.  PS. For instance, I had a customer requesting one design for their cruise.  They wanted a regular t-shirt for the husband, and a v-neck for the wife.  They wanted them to be matching in the navy blue color.  Here is the example:   They could not purchase them, because the navy blue does not match even closely.  Would it be possible to have t-shirts from one or even two manufacturers that do have various necklines?    I know many family reunion t-shirts would also appreciate this type of look as well.  But, they're all turning to other companies that do carry a full line of styles in matching colors.   Thanks for listening.  -LauraLee   ... As you can see, they look good and they're in a price point range (mine are set at 25% markup) that makes them popular gift ideas.  I would much rather create them at Zazzle where I could add to an existing collection. When clicking on "Transfer Design" in the backend, designers are required to do a search for a product rather than being able to pick one that shows up on the initial product page. So, for example, if I want to transfer a button design to a mug I can't just select a mug from the first page but have to enter "mug" in the search field in order to select it. So many times I've forgotten about that and end up staring at a blank product when I was expecting a transfer and have to go back to the first page to do the search. Can we please get a dedicated category specifically for products with these in mind?  Whenever you search the MP, it comes up as a secondary description.  And, there's so many different types of worded tags and titles to help it get close to surfacing, yet not be grouping altogether with all the various similar type of designs.  In the research that I've done, it is still a best selling type of art, that I think would do well as a leader in products to color on - opposed to coloring books. So far, "adult coloring" and "coloring pages" gets close.  Adult coloring gives a good subcategory list, while hardly any products in the MP are listed.  "Coloring pages" gets the subcategory list, but you'll find the first one beyond the 8 or 9th product, and then it's entirely mixed in with non-coloring pages type products.  "Color your own" has no products listed for coloring, and "color me in" has a couple subcategories and probably the most in the MP selection.  However, this still does not connect all the products under one umbrella category for the subject.  Hopefully you can understand, that this is a well deserved category on it's own.  And, it's hard to find a category that they should be found in.      ... If and when it's time for more to add to that breakdown category, I'd love to see Wedding > Gifts & Favors > Gifts & Keepsakes This category suggestion would be a great way for customers to find personalized gifts for the bride and groom as well as those keepsake items for "mr. & mrs." type items. Hi Zazzle Team, I saw some new categories appearing in the main wedding category. Perhaps another good sub category could be "games" since I noticed there are many types of wedding games most for during the reception.
