I am living in overwhelming hurricane and flood, etc. messes still; yet, I have always designed on Zazzle at least a few hours daily - all day and night prior to disasters. I am hesistant to even have that joy right now due to CHAT which I feel guilty if I ignore; however, if I am away and can't get to respond, it seems I have ignored some good people. Nobody seems to see the little message we are allowed to post: I am away for a few weeks ..... With all on my shoulders most could not handle, I still plow on daily, so the down side of chat is for example: Twice recently, I have spent several days I desperately need in my life .... and quite a bit of money helping 2 customers who never purchased after asking for help, changes, more product, etc. .... The last loved an invitation and asked if I could change the skin color. I worked on it 2 days and did not like the result, so I purchased 2 more beautiful dark skin images @ $50.00 each (losing time and money - no profit to me), but I want the customers to be happy. I created the products requested and was told she loved it all, asked for more, and never purchased a thing. This has happened twice, so ... I wish we could put CHAT on vacation for periods of time when we really need to focus on home as well as creating on Zazzle.

When a customer adds their name to a product, if their name is too small or large compared to the template, their name size should automatically adjust. I have a customer with 31 items that she has to go into each one and manually adjust the size. This seems kind of ridiculous. When I design the template, of course I have no idea what size font the customer's going to actually need. Please look into this or write me back with any questions.

I know this might be a big ask since it may require massive work on the back-end of the Zazzle designer, but how about being able to upload animated designs/videos available for Digital Downloads? For use on cards, invitations, etc. Customers could customize with their own text or photos, or just to provide whimsical children's birthday evites? It could even go further once it's inception to include video picture frames to re-live special moments or a highlight video for a wedding.

Any chance fabrics could receive the same level of support as all of Zazzle's other offerings? While not technically discontinued, the product line seems to have been all but abandoned. For some reason, the design tool has never been upgraded to the new version, and the "old" design tool is incredibly laggy (so you can't even see what you're doing or how it will look, you just have to...guess?) and locks up frequently. It also lacks the features of the modern design tool, many of which would be incredibly useful for fabric designs, like removing white from the background of an image. Beyond this, the only in situ for fabrics is quite poor -- it's just a piece of fabric hanging on a wall, which does not present the product in a good light. Most customers would likely purchase fabric to make pillows, curtains, items of clothing, etc. Why not add in situ images on these types of products? Or at the very least, a shot of the fabric on a sewing table, perhaps with a sewing machine, scissors, and spools of thread nearby? Fabric used to be one of my top sellers. These days, I rarely design new fabrics because the technical issues and lack of features associated with the old design tool make things incredibly tedious, with no way to really design or showcase a great product. Is there a reason fabrics can't have the same design options as a similarly tiled product, like wrapping paper? An upgrade to the new design tool, better in situ images, and more promotion on Zazzle's main pages would make a world of difference!

There should be an easier way for customers to make multiple products. Like a spreadsheet of monograms, names and images for example so they can easily make products for their whole family or office

It's now the 25th and I'm still waiting for my royalties to change. I understand Zazzle has to bow to the google gods but it's still kinda ridiculous that it now takes this long (5 days and counting) while every other platform allows royalty changes in almost real time. Obviously there's a huge number of products that need updating each month which is why if we can't do real time changes then maybe change it to twice a month instead. Once a month changes means everyone is rushing to update their product royalties en masse whereas twice a month would reduce the angst and pressure of changing our royalties by the once-a-month deadline and, I'm assuming, reduce the number of products that would need updating each cycle and thus the amount of time necessary to complete the update. Thx. Update: I just checked a few of my products that have been pending a royalty change for the past few weeks and not only did they not change but the pending royalty amount disappeared from the Royalty Information, which means I'll have to wait another month?? This isn't right.

Within our Collections tab the default shows us 60 collections at a time. We have to scroll to the very bottom to "load more collections". It's pretty daunting (and still adds way more clicking) to keep scrolling down to add another 60 collections for us to view. It would be great to have the "Show 100" or 200 etc. option at the top of the page like the old Collections tab page had prior to the changes. Also when we refresh that Collections page it automatically refreshes to the first 60 collections. Here again, it's more scrolling and clicking to get to the lower tiered collections to work with.

When working on collections, I only can select to see them on the marketplace. There is no one-click way to jump back to the collection section. To work on another collection I have to go all the way via selecting my store - clicking on the collections button on the top and then browse to the collection I want to work on. Also, I somehow miss the save button as I don't know if the changes are accepted and this save button could lead back to the collections overview page. Can this be added, pretty please?

Last created, first created, name, and manual is what we have. We need to sort by: Title, Occasion, Type, Status as well as "needs attention" And we really need a "ready to migrate" sort! And even is manual And what is view by name, it's definitely not alphabetical.

I was wondering if Zazzle would please provide a generic collection header for each category of collections. As designers we are all so overwhelmed with all the new requirements just to be visible. That way we would not need to stress out so much, as the generic images would already be there. Could also be like a png template, similar to what we have for each product.

Being able to adjust letter spacing on vertical words would allow us to adjust for different size fonts, and make words more legible. Please consider enabling this option.

Zazzle — Please don’t roll out new features—especially one that includes big changes—on a Friday and then abandon creators over the weekend with no support or feedback until Monday. Better yet, roll out of new features should occur on Mondays, so creators can access the help they need (via forum moderators, software engineers, programmers, etc.) for a full five days. As you can see by the comments, and the frustration, and the amount of questions, this roll out was not smooth sailing. In addition, before a big change—like new collections—rolls out, create test groups before launch to work out as many kinks and questions as possible, and provide thorough training via videos, forum posts, and emails to creators before roll out—with an extra emphasis on training before roll out. Currently with the new system we can only view what is in our collections by 1. we go through a product page or 2. go through the settings. One click is all we need from the Collections page on our profile. Way too much clicking.

I know this is probably a pretty big ask but if we could get auto layout for grouping pairs that could be a game changer. Like the same kind of thing that is used in websites to make them responsive. Would make getting the alignment on customizable sections significantly simpler.

Dear Zazzle, I would like to provide some feedback and suggestions regarding the font rotation tool. I believe there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to creating clock dial designs. Currently, the font distortion is a significant issue, and after distortion, individual letters cannot be adjusted for direction. For instance, when creating clock dials, it would be helpful to have a preset format where we can directly select the desired font and orientation. This would greatly enhance the speed and efficiency of the design process. I hope you consider implementing these improvements to enhance the font rotation tool.
