Since the chat was added, I've gotten many messages from customers concerned about shipping times, as they assume the products will be shipped from my country. It's made me wonder how often someone likes a design of mine but chooses not to buy it because they don't know Zazzle does the printing and shipping. Now, with everything going on with tariffs, I can't help but wonder whether it's made customers even more careful. Understandably, they might avoid ordering something they think will be shipped from a different continent. Unfortunately, I added my country years back. As far as I can tell, there's no way to remove this. I'd love to be able to opt out of displaying what country I'm located in on my store pages. Thanks!

I would love to see combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount Example: buy a pack of business cards get 1/2 off business card holders buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags buy thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers I guess you get the idea here So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. More sales = more royalties and larger monthly checks for designers and added volume for Zazzle

It would be fantastic if when your transferring a design from say a button to a keychain that the title would also change to keychain instead of (example) Big Blue Button Keychain. It's easy to forget to take out the word "Button". Also, would be nice if the computer can insert the correct product category as keychain. Rather than just "suggesting" to change the category. I think 9 times out of 10 most people would want to change it to keychain if that.s what they just transferred an item too.

Please extend the download option to all cards subspecies, e.g. the regular flat cards. There is no sense that holiday cards and thank you cards are eligible but regular cards not. I have quite a bunch of Christmas flat cards published on the regular card variant and would like to allow downloads for them but there is no option to do so. I know, I can create separate variants. It would also be nice if letterheads and paper sheets were eligible, too, for offering stationery papers. Thank you for considering! Please PLEASE can we have some sort of reference to let us know if a cancelled order was re-ordered? Trying to go through to see if a person has reordered by cross reference is tedious and difficult - ALSO would Really be nice to have some sort of key as to the type of cancellation ie: cancelled or declined or returned? Maybe even a date so we could see if they cancelled Before or After they got their product. And While we are on the subject.. would really be nice if there was a limit to how long ago the order was that they can cancel.. like a cut off of say 60 days or ?? Not a year I have had cancellations from almost a year ago - this is no longer a cancellation IMHO I just downloaded my Feb earnings and took a look on my spreadsheet. I had 154 cancellations amounting to $1178.79 in just cancellations alone for Feb.. that's crazy .. anyone else getting high numbers besides me? I don't know how many of these re-ordered, if any.. too many to try to cross reference.. which is why I asked my initial request of having some way to see in our backend if a customer re-orders ..

In the old forums there were several threads discussing how people will buy one ivitation with the intention of using it as a digital invite or to mass produce and print their own. Well I don't sell that many invitations (so far) so I didn't jump in to those conversations. However over the past weeks I have an example where I know this is why one single invitation I designed is going to be used this way. I was contacted by a shopper a couple of weeks ago through my own email addy asking me if this specific invitation was offered as a digital download. I informed the person that it was not and they thanked me. Then nothing happened until this morning when that exact invite sold one copy to a person whoses name matches the one that emailed me asking about it. So, okay I got a sale of one invite but I am pretty sure it was not so she could sample it and come back for a bulk order. Anyway I just wanted to mention it. Hopefully this kind of thing only happens rarely.

Use of Template Images in Large Format When designing a large-format banner, poster, or billboard, and including an image intended to be a template and replaced by the client, we should not be criticized for its size. This image will never be used in a way that affects its quality. Z, do not make me waste my time resizing and uploading enormous images. This should only apply to the client and never to the creator.

I wonder if some people get discouraged from buying something from Zazzle, after they see the shipping cost. Since they don't have experience with Zazzle, they may not want to sign up for a yearly membership to have that cost reduced. Therefore I wonder, if it makes sense to offer them free or reduced shipping cost for their first order.

Would it be possible to not count views to a product when the shop owner is the one that views a product? So when I go to my product page to double-check that the template is correct/change the cover photo/etc it won't count me as a view on the backend. It kind of messes with our stats over time.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference. Problem: Right now, collections can only be Public or Private not Direct-only linked like products. In a public collection, Direct-only link products show on the front end with other open published products. Solution: Add Direct-only link ability to collections so creators can group Direct-only link products out of view from the front end store. Reason: Sometimes customers have multiple items they want but private designed. It can be hard to add Direct-only products to the cart by clicking on each link in an email or message or spending time searching through messages to find each product link. Benefits to Accessing Direct-only Link Collections: Makes things easier for customers to view and add private designed Direct-only items to the cart creating a smoother less frustrating transition and likely repeated sales. Allows one place for creators to organize and share special private designed Direct-only products to a customer or customers that requested those designs. Thanks for your consideration!

Having the option for diary/journal-style page layouts for notebooks would open up a whole new market for businesses that take reservations. I'm thinking of barbers, hairdressers, beauty salons, restaurants, hotels, veterinary surgeons, chiropractors, dentists, etc., etc... Yes, many business have computerised reservations now, but a vast number still prefer to do it "by hand". A day-to-a-page option, or even week-to-view across a double page spread would do it.

I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

I know collections can be used in a variety of different ways, and some of that includes creating collections with products that aren't our own, so that may make this impossible, but it would be SUPER helpful if there was some way to get back-end functionality in collections of our own products. Like maybe if there was some link on the collection page that allowed you to open a back-end window displaying only your products from that collection or something like that? I tend to use collections rather than categories to organize my products/store, so it would be really great if I could get sales/views stats on all the products in a given collection so I could easily tell which designs are doing well, and focus on those when creating new colors etc. Thanks for considering it!
