When a customer adds their name to a product, if their name is too small or large compared to the template, their name size should automatically adjust. I have a customer with 31 items that she has to go into each one and manually adjust the size. This seems kind of ridiculous. It's now the 25th and I'm still waiting for my royalties to change. I understand Zazzle has to bow to the google gods but it's still kinda ridiculous that it now takes this long (5 days and counting) while every other platform allows royalty changes in almost real time. Obviously there's a huge number of products that need updating each month which is why if we can't do real time changes then maybe change it to twice a month instead. Once a month changes means everyone is rushing to update their product royalties en masse whereas twice a month would reduce the angst and pressure of changing our royalties by the once-a-month deadline and, I'm assuming, reduce the number of products that would need updating each cycle and thus the amount of time necessary to complete the update. I have been designing some baby shower and birthday party groups. We do have cloth tablecloths and table runners but they are kind of expensive for a party or shower. I do realize some people might keep them but it is doubtful they would be used again. Something cheaper and disposable would be a great addition to our party themed items. Could you please consider adding new ways to organize collections? Currently it can be quite cumbersome to drag and drop large collections. Also, as well as the arrows that move the item to the bottom, if we could have another arrow that can move items forward and back so that we can move in smaller increments (such as a few spots away)? Hi Zazzle,  I have created image placeholder templates for different products. It has come to my attention that when a customer tries to add to cart a product with such a placeholder, the wording on the page can be better improved. My customer is confused by the wording that there is something wrong with the image itself. If the customer has not contacted me, they may have dropped the purchase. I am not sure how many more of such customers has actually dropped the sale thinking that there is an issue with the image.  Could the wording be changed to something along the lines of "We noticed you have not changed the image. If you would like to proceed with the same image, please select Add To Cart. Otherwise, choose Edit template to make changes to the image".   Thank you very much! Rusty ... View more

It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one.   Thanks! ... View more

I may have asked before (I don't remember) but.... Please allow the customers to see both sides of a product in ONE single view image in the marketplace. Example: I have a tee shirt that is a double side humorous design. Without the customer seeing the punchline side (the back) of my tee shirt design the entire concept is lost IMO because how else can the customer know there is something on the back unless it's seen in the marketplace image? Double side views are really needed on the following products.  Tee Shirts (all double side apparel) - Coffee Mugs - All Drinkware - Double Side Keychains Business Cards - Name Badges... and any other appropriate double side products. Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂 ... View more

it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags  (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags. Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.  ... It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. It would be really cool if we could customize door entry key cards that they use as hotels, business offices, security businesses etc.  I know hotels for example use these by the gazillions and customize each one with a code at the time they hand them out to hotel guests. The second image is on the same design with a white background and the final image is the same design on one of the older folded greeting cards. As you can see, on the black background the in situ looks like a flat yellow with no texture or color gradation...on a white background it looks slightly better as it shows some depth. The in situ for the folded greeting cards is so much better as it shows some texture and variation in color. I have several inquiries per week of customers wanting to download or purchase their design as a digital only option (JPG or PDF file). It might be beneficial to see if there is a way to allow customers to purchase this.  It might look like the customer designs the invitation and at the top they have the option to purchase 1 JPG file at $8 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty), or a PDF option with 2 designs per page for $10 USD (and the designer gets the set royalty).
