I would like the ability to send a message to tell the customer how to reach customer service at any point during the chat and not just as the first message in a chat.  I don't like that if you choose to send a more personal response first then the option to send a message to redirect to customer service goes away. Is there any chance Zazzle will consider square folded cards? I have so many designs that would work better on a square card would love that to be a new option in the future, before Christmas would be even better! Hope you consider this and a folded card landscape on the smaller edge full print. Hi everyone, or only the ones who read my text 😅 I have a minor or not (you decide) technical issue regarding adding an item to collections. (in the product page) For example, I just created an item that can be placed in several collections. What is a bit disturbing is that I keep going back and forth to select each collection separately (from the Actions -> Add to Collections -> then a window "Your Collections" opens). As a suggestion, it would be ok to keep the window open until we can select all the collections we need and then give a simple "ok" to close the window. For years I waited for wall plaques to make a debut on Zazzle, and when they did I was greatly disappointed in the product branding and product description. Why brand them as Award Plaques? Many creators design them for displaying family portraits, verse, prayers, quotes, photography and more. I strongly encourage Zazzle to change the product description for these plaques. I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got : Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card. The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color  issues in printing - I have tried to contact  support via email and it falls on deaf ears -  PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and  be the correct color -  Im upset to tears right now -  what is going on in the printing department?  I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made?  if so can we please fix them?  If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the  stay at home years -  brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.  ... I like that we can design for cookies, brownies, cake pops, dipped oreos, etc.  I would like to have the option to be able to have three or four different coordinating designs on a dozen set.  Like 3 cookies will have one design, another 3 have another design, and so on creating a dozen set of a coordinated design theme.  Or 4 coordinating designs on groups of three in the dozen set.  Hope this makes sense.  I think it would look great for holidays, life events, and celebrations. ... I have spaces between paragraphs when I create the listing. But when it displays on the store, the spaces are removed and it is showing as one big long paragraph. I love Zazzle's idea of using the description to tell a story behind the item, but when you do it doesn't look good structurally on the product page, and discourages a customer from reading it. Is it possible to give us a text box entry tool (like the one I am using right now to type this) on the Product Form for typing in descriptions?   ... View more

IMO it seems it would be hard to find your way around on the website for anyone new to the site. We have links on the left panel to Trending, Selling (which, contrary to what I would expect, doesn't tell you in any way how to sell on Zazzle), Create, etc. , and links at the bottom of our pages to Help and Careers etc.  The current Sitemap is mostly just a list of all Zazzle products. I wish that the Sitemap included direct and orderly links to everything on the site, all in one place; for everything mentioned above as well as: Zazzle Blanks / Community Forum / Marketplace Search / Zazzle product list / Shipping Info. / Selling on Zazzle, etc. Even old hands on the site frequently have to ask where to find things on the site.  Links to easy-to-follow instructions for newbies to understand exactly what they can do on the site would be great. The 'About' section does cover a lot of this but there is no straightforward description of the possibilities, so links to information about how to accomplish each of these would be helpful: How you can sell; how you can design from scratch; how you can select from Marketplace and modify or personalize existing templates, etc.  Maybe it's intentional, but it seems a bit like looking for buried treasure to try to find anything on the site. During this technical issue of the missing EP's occurred I was looking at my public Products page. It was such a lovely treat to see my "true" popular products without the EP's cluttering up the top of the order. I love when a new sold product or a product that has not sold before is also featured on our first page of the Products tab. Don't get me wrong I really am grateful I have a few EP's but in reality my EP's are not my popular sold products. What Zazzle chooses to promote with EP's in my experience are rarely my best selling products. So please consider removing the EP's from our public Products page. Just a suggestion. 😉 ... View more

In the past Zazzle has created a store to support relief efforts and designers donated designs to populate the store. Or we had a special tag used to designate profits going towards that effort. The tsunami in Japan comes to mind, but I honestly do not remember how it was put together. Is Zazzle planning to designate an organization and create a store for Ukraine? Helping Ukraine is a global effort, anyone capable needs to help in some way. Making a shirt showing support only helps if some of that money makes it's way back to Europe. I'm Danish and my husband is French. WWII is still very much a part of our history and our parents memories. What is happening is horrific and my heart hurts for Ukraine. I'm so impressed with how Europe is rallying to take in as many refugees as possible. I don't want to get too political but I'm disappointed in NATO's slow response and fear that this will get much worse before it gets better. Sorry for the long-winded post. I'm just hoping Zazzle will create a formal path that designers can use to create products being sold that will directly help the refugees fleeing war. And will eventually help Ukraine re-build. ... I would still love the font tool to have the option for us (and the customers) to set ALL CAPS or not. & maybe even faux bold and faux italic (and underline and strikethrough even tho I dont often employ those) if we can't have those weights and styles for some fonts. and maybe also the bullet list tool options Much like the options available here in the forum. ... I noticed that notebooks have an option for bullet journals but not a diary-styled page. So a little like the lined pages but with a space specifically made to write the date of the journal entry. A related thought, although I know that this will be difficult to implement: Allow creators to design notebooks with custom designed pages.
