Hi @Scott, in the backend we can select the amount of products being shown, 24 - 48 - 72 - 96 - 204. Is it possible to make it so that we can choose one of those choices as a preferred default, so one doesn't have to make that selection every time when pulling up the backend to work in?

I would like to suggest a "force text customization" for text templates (any field independent from one another). This morning a customer sent me a message to complain about the cards she ordered, in which the year says "2032" because she didn't customize it. Even better (but this doesn't exclude the other suggestion) would be if the year on holiday cards could update automatically 🙂

I'm getting a lot of questions from customers about paper types - mostly for invitations, but for other paper products as well. I try to point them to the page that describes all of the paper choices in detail, but since it's a popup, not a standalone page, I can't just send them a link, so it ends up being this complicated back and forth trying to point them to the correct location - especially since directions on how to find it vary depending on the device that they're using. Would it be possible to get standalone links to the pages describing all of the paper choices for various products? AND, it would be really helpful if the paper descriptions could be a bit more descriptive in terms of the weight of the paper. First of all, the descriptions generally give a paper weight, but it doesn't say if that's a cover weight or a text weight, and there's a BIG difference. Most customers won't understand that jargon anyhow, but even for us designers, it's very confusing since it isn't specified. Could the descriptions on paper sheets be modified to clarify if the paper is a cardstock or not? This is the main question customers have, and it's a source of great confusion. It really matters because some designs are supposed to be folded, and others are supposed to be flat, so the customer needs to know what they're getting. It would also be helpful if we had more granularity in specifying which papers are available for which designs. The other one that's a big deal is the poster papers. People seem to assume that the canvas gloss will stand up without a frame, but I don't believe it will. It needs to be clear that none of the poster papers are sturdy enough to stand up without a frame - I believe that's accurate - that's what I was told from a Zazzle rep on the old forum anyhow. Maybe Zazzle could do a video for each product, showcasing the different paper types? It would be easier for customers to see the differences in thickness that way. Please extend the download option to all cards subspecies, e.g. the regular flat cards. There is no sense that holiday cards and thank you cards are eligible but regular cards not. I have quite a bunch of Christmas flat cards published on the regular card variant and would like to allow downloads for them but there is no option to do so. I know, I can create separate variants. It would also be nice if letterheads and paper sheets were eligible, too, for offering stationery papers. Thank you for considering! I have discovered that over the past few months that pacifiers are going in and out of stock due to the mouth guard color and/or size. I did change every one to have a white mouth guard to have them all show in the MP. Sales started again. Sales have stopped again because on the smaller size pacifier all colors of mouth guard are not available. But if one change the product merchandising to the larger size with a white mouth guard then they would all show in the MP again. So I set my product view to 204, chose select all discontinued products, then went to action to mass edit the merchandising view and the only option was to delete. I tried only selecting 24 at a time but again, only an option to delete. To get my pacifiers back in the MP I will have to individually change the merchandising option on 600+ pacifiers. Ouch. Please provide a better way to simply move discontinued product options to an available product option. Thanks for considering, PC ......................

I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

It would really be nice to have some insitu photos for the glass Trinket Trays. As it is, the views of them from the side make it nearly impossible to see the designs on them. We need some shots from a different angle to highlight their dimensions as well as the their designs. I would like to see Curtain Valances available as a product on Zazzle. You have Curtains but no curtain valances. I see some really cute princess curtains, but no curtain valances are available to match. It would be awesome if you could add curtain valances to the products. I would love to see combination sales that entice buyers to add more related product via a discount Example: buy a pack of business cards get 1/2 off business card holders buy a pet bowl get 1/2 off pet ID tags buy thank you cards get 1/2 half off thank you stickers I guess you get the idea here So instead of just promoting a product or category of products, offer a related product at a discount that entices add on sales. More sales = more royalties and larger monthly checks for designers and added volume for Zazzle

It would be fantastic if when your transferring a design from say a button to a keychain that the title would also change to keychain instead of (example) Big Blue Button Keychain. It's easy to forget to take out the word "Button". Also, would be nice if the computer can insert the correct product category as keychain. Rather than just "suggesting" to change the category. I think 9 times out of 10 most people would want to change it to keychain if that.s what they just transferred an item too.

I was wondering if it would be possible to add an additional line of text to the message that appears when a customer adds an item to their cart. This could be a useful area for us to include any important notices that may address potential questions or issues before a customer makes a purchase. For example, we could remind customers that orders cannot be edited once they are placed, or provide information that we have found customers may miss in the product description pages (such as details about sizes, paper types, or envelopes not being included). Having an extra line of text in this message section would allow us to convey this information in a more friendly and approachable way, rather than relying on a very brief message. I understand that we can't write lengthy paragraphs, but having three lines specifically for this "before purchase - heading off problems" section could make a big difference.
