I've had some requests to add a return address to the standard envelopes that come with invitations. This seems like a reasonable request of service for the customer to ask. I send them to the custom envelopes but there's a lot of room for confusion with buying the correct sizes. And many don't want to deal with sticker return address labels. It would be awesome to just be able to have a return address printed along with the invitation purchase.

Have I suggested this before? I would still love the font tool to have the option for us (and the customers) to set ALL CAPS or not. & maybe even faux bold and faux italic (and underline and strikethrough even tho I dont often employ those) if we can't have those weights and styles for some fonts. and maybe also the bullet list tool options Much like the options available here in the forum.

Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

I am beside myself - I just got an email from a good customer - I did her entire wedding suite for her and this is the email I just got : Hey there! I want you to know that I am beyond thankful for all that you did for me! You have done such an amazing job, but I’m seriously thinking Zazzle is just NOT The place. I finally got everything in except the custom envelopes for the invitations and went to put them together and discovered that the invitation, belly band and RSVP card are a completely different shade from the thank you card, return labels and the honeymoon wishes card. The team at Zazzle seriously needs to get a handle on the color issues in printing - I have tried to contact support via email and it falls on deaf ears - PLEASE Zazzle - esp the wedding suites Need to match and be the correct color - Im upset to tears right now - what is going on in the printing department? I have never had negative feedback until recently.. so was there changes made? if so can we please fix them? If word gets out that Zazzle is NOT the place for wedding suites .. this will hit me and many others very hard - just coming out of the stay at home years - brides are happy to get out and have big weddings - this kind of feedback is not helping.

Hey Zazzle Team! It is my understanding that letterpress techniques for printing have become much more economical. We were wondering if you might consider offering letterpress for a few select items, such as wedding invitations. This would allow us to target a higher-end clientele to the Zazzle marketplace. In the past Zazzle has created a store to support relief efforts and designers donated designs to populate the store. Or we had a special tag used to designate profits going towards that effort. The tsunami in Japan comes to mind, but I honestly do not remember how it was put together. Is Zazzle planning to designate an organization and create a store for Ukraine? Helping Ukraine is a global effort, anyone capable needs to help in some way. Making a shirt showing support only helps if some of that money makes it's way back to Europe. I'm Danish and my husband is French. WWII is still very much a part of our history and our parents memories. What is happening is horrific and my heart hurts for Ukraine. I'm so impressed with how Europe is rallying to take in as many refugees as possible. I don't want to get too political but I'm disappointed in NATO's slow response and fear that this will get much worse before it gets better. Sorry for the long-winded post. I'm just hoping Zazzle will create a formal path that designers can use to create products being sold that will directly help the refugees fleeing war. And will eventually help Ukraine re-build.

It would be so nice for Zazzle to show better pictures of Veronica's Treats with a image that shows the actual size of the dipped oreo cookies. Perhaps show a stack of them on a plate or an open package of them that shows exactly how many come in the package. First and foremost can you please......... please allow the message icon to change to a different color when the customer has replied and appears as the last reply at the moment. If you want us to be better at replying to customers (and we want to be better) then let us look at a glance and see if there is a reply to a chat message. As it stands now there 's no way to know this unless you take the time out of your workflow to open chat. Thank you in advance

It would be really helpful if the "border thickness" setting on shapes and lines would scale when you use the +/- or the scaling handles/drag to scale. Right now the borders just shoot out super large when scaling down, or to almost invisible when scaling up, and you have to reset everything one by one. Thanks!

I would like to request that the Zazzle Email, which is a message to someone who has purchased from a Collection, be made available on ALL Collection Types please.. Currently it is only available on Cross sell/Event Type Collections. I believe a Holiday-Christmas of Holiday photo cards (Type: similar style/theme) is as deserving of a Zazzle email message from me to a purchaser of one of my Holiday cards from my Holiday collection. Or a Gift Type themed Collection that is all, say, cats, is as deserving of a Zazzle email to purchasers as an Cross-sell/event. I don't see why a Zazzle email isn't optional for every Collection type?

Product style control is what lets us pick if a t-shirt is only available on black t-shirts, white t-shirts, etc. The current system - where you can choose 1 style preset from a dropdown menu - is a very all-or-nothing approach, which can often lead to excluding several viable products to prevent 1 unwanted product appearing. The example that brought me here was the iron-on clothing labels. They are available in 3 shapes: square, circle, rectangle. If my design looks bad on a rectangle, there is currently no way to exclude JUST that shape. I can choose to have 'only this shape', which means I would only have circles availble. By not including squares, I may miss out of valuable sales. The same thing can apply to any product available in a wide variety of shapes - cushions, keyrings, etc. My proposal is that the styles each get their own checkbox so designers can precisely choose which variations they do and don't want for each design.

I have been designing some baby shower and birthday party groups. We do have cloth tablecloths and table runners but they are kind of expensive for a party or shower. I do realize some people might keep them but it is doubtful they would be used again. Something cheaper and disposable would be a great addition to our party themed items. Yes I know wrapping paper could be used, but most people's minds would not jump from wrapping paper to tablecloth in an instant. Thanks for considering my idea.

Could you please consider adding new ways to organize collections? Currently it can be quite cumbersome to drag and drop large collections. Also, as well as the arrows that move the item to the bottom, if we could have another arrow that can move items forward and back so that we can move in smaller increments (such as a few spots away)? It would be really helpful for those of us who also work on a tablet and can't drag and drop. Thank you!

I may have asked before (I don't remember) but.... Please allow the customers to see both sides of a product in ONE single view image in the marketplace. Example: I have a tee shirt that is a double side humorous design. Without the customer seeing the punchline side (the back) of my tee shirt design the entire concept is lost IMO because how else can the customer know there is something on the back unless it's seen in the marketplace image? Double side views are really needed on the following products. Tee Shirts (all double side apparel) - Coffee Mugs - All Drinkware - Double Side Keychains Business Cards - Name Badges... and any other appropriate double side products. It would be helpful when redesigning old product designs if we could sort products by the date created. This way designs we are improving or altering in some way would be easy to locate as we work on them. Especially when redoing ones that are in multiple color schemes and on multiple products. Then when done, we could easily sort them and remove the old product if desired. If we choose not to remove them right away, it could help to see which ones are viewed more, the newer or the older. Which would make full use of the new quick stats and view insight options.

it would be very nice (and powerful) if we had the ability to change the order (via drag and drop) tags in the backend. Right now, if I want to delete the first tag and replace it with another one in that same position, I would have to (1) view the tags as text (2) select the tags (3) copy the tags to the clipboard (4) remove all the tags (5) enter the new first tag, and (6) then paste the other tags.
