Hello everyone, I've noticed not all product sizes, ratios (square, round, oval, star, heart, rectangular), paper types, and colors (e.g. suitcase bumper handles, spiral spines, etc) suit the style of illustrations and patterns I create for kids, mothers, and other occasions on the Zazzle marketplace. So I've needed to create individual product listings for products with more than one size and or shape option. When I do this it looks like a duplicate product listing especially if it's the same shape (square) but a different size when they see the product image if they don't click through to see the size in the title description. This also means that Zazzle shoppers will only see one size/shape option when they go to view my product. This means I might miss out on product sales if customers don't scroll down to view my collection or read my design description where I may mention other sizes. So I'd love for Zazzle e-commerce and tech developers to consider incorporating checkboxes as seen in this photo below of my hedgehog's note card which includes a hand note of my suggestion about what e-commerce improvements for note cards I'd love to see Zazzle offer their customers. Check boxes please 🙂 Please note the example you see above of my hedgehog's Christmas note card is not the finished designed product. I've other custom hedgehog note cards in my store that you can view here. When you offer checkboxes this should speed up the design process for the creator and show what 'recommended sizes, colors, and paper/material types' are offered by the Zazzle creator/designer. Please also consider including a separate comment box below "About This Design" which may read: a special message from the Designer/Creator or a personal note from The Designer/Creator explaining why they chose a particular size, paper/material type, color (for the notebook spine, bumpers, handles for suitcases, frames for prints, etc) for their art, illustration or pattern design. This will save customers time in selecting which materials or colors to choose from when they see 'recommending product options from the designer'. Including a 'recommending product options from the designer comment box' should make a more pleasurable shopping experience for Zazzle customers. Have a great day, Erin Margaret

I have two suggestions to enhance the design tool. 1. Add the ability to set the transparency of images. A subtle hint of a background image can be a powerful thing. 2. Add the ability to group images. This, in turn, would allow designers to tile more than one loaded image.

The same way glitter foil and rhinestones show a little box saying they are not really real just part of the design the word iridescent should be treated the same way since the products are not actually iridescent.

When trying to place editable text on golf balls, the 10pt size barely covers 7-8 letters across in most fonts, especially bolder fonts (which are a bit better suited for golf balls due to the small size imprint). When looking at many of the top search results, many use text placed as an image, which comes out to much smaller (sometimes half the size) of most of the 10pt fonts that we can add with the Design Tool. OR they are using Dongle, which can be placed at 10pt, but the actual size is close to half compared to other fonts. If Dongle works at it's 10pt size, and prints well, and customers are happy, then can we please be allowed to use the other fonts at a smaller size, so more text can fit? 🙂

Posted this in the General category in a longer thread. Placing it in Suggestions to make it easier for you (Zazzle) to find. Would you consider offering sellers a once yearly, free shipment, of our invitations. (Like, 20 invitations with 1 of each design?) This would increase the chances of sellers making real-life, social media friendly, videos. Keep in mind, that when a seller buys 1 invite or 3 invites, there’s a higher chance of an invite arriving damaged from shipping. (A corner is damaged or some other issue that would mess up use in a video.)

We desperately need more in-situ images for the Chiffon Scarfs. Perhaps a model wearing the square style scarf around the neck as a wardrobe accessory. The long, rectangular scarf needs a model showing the scarf hanging and draping nicely. And please make sure they are close-up images that we can see the designs on the scarf well. Thank you!

I have a suggestion for getting more looks at our Poufs in stores. For one thing, we desperately need insitus. It's difficult to know what one is looking at without an insitu for this product, especially the cubed shaped ones. I had never heard of the word "pouf" before seeing them sold on Zazzle. I was only familiar with the word "ottoman." I have looked at number of other major websites that sell these items and both "pouf" and "ottoman" are used in product titles and descriptions. I think that if Zazzle also included the more commonly used word "ottoman" in product titles that these items would be found easier via Google searches and store searches. Can you please either put the latest posts back on the homepage or at least put a link to them in the body of that page. The recent changes have made the forum all but impossible to navigate on my phone.. There are pop up/ sidebar menus that appear on the desktop version that do not appear on the mobile one…

This is interfering with choosing the fonts. It's covering up the fonts now, and I can't get rid of it, so please allow us to either move it around or remove it altogether, because it is really problematic. Could we have the orientation option in the editor for the Trifold Wallet? It's landscape only at present, so portrait designs have to be put together on their side. The inside shot is displayed in portrait, suggesting that it's opened at that angle. Thanks 🙂

Could you make the die cut stickers findable when you are transferring a design? I put in stickers and they are not there. I've tried decal, vinyl, kiss cut, and die cut as options and nothing comes up. I checked all the office supplies categories and not there! So it makes me think they dont exist anymore but I see them when searching to buy stuff. What the heck is the official name of these and why are they not in an obvious category like crafts or office supplies.

Suggestion: I'd love to see the ability to search within a collection. Others have suggested sub-collections which I also think is a great idea. Backstory: In the continuing battle of how to deal with my large and unruly wedding collections, I'm getting frustrated. I'm working on covers and I wanted to make a cover for a product that I knew was in a given collection, but I couldn't find it! If I can't find it, and I KNOW it's in there, how on earth can I expect the customer to be able to find it? I have several choices here, but all are bad. I can break the collection up into smaller collections - but that's not a great idea because then customers might have to look through several different collections to find related products (invitations and enclosures in one collection, signs and decor in another, seating charts in another, favors in another, etc.) I can try to organize the collection better (which is my current strategy), but how many customers are willing to scroll that far - especially when you have to wait for it to catch up as you're scrolling? I could put them in categories instead of collections, but customers seldom see those since they're not presented on the product page. Conclusion: We need better tools for dealing with large collections.

I am happy we have a more diverse range of fonts and am looking forward to see what other fonts we get in the serif and sans serif categories too, etc. However, it would be really great if the text tool could get a revamp to include an ALL CAPS feature so that we don't have to type in CAPS to achieve that effect (so if we change our mind, we can just toggle it off and not have to delete the entire text and retype it in standard case.) Also, since many of the fonts installed have multiple weights and styles available in the wild, but those aren't included in what is available on Z, maybe the option for a faux bold, faux italic feature so we can bold or italicize some of the text we would like that doesn't have that weight or style included from its family in our options. Lastly I'd really love if the text boxes could auto resize instead of taking up the entire width of the page because it becomes a headache when trying to move other items around. I think there were a couple other things the text features could use, but they are escaping my mind right now! Cheers!!

I would like to be able to add an alternative/optional text field or two to the back of tees. There would be times where someone would opt to not fill that text template field. But because when I add a template field to the back of the tee, the price is higher. It remains higher even if the customer opts not to utilize printing on the backside of the tee. It would be nice if leaving that field blank could somehow trigger a lower price since the backside would not be printed on. Otherwise to allow for both options of use, I would have to create essentially the same design on two products that would "look" to be the same at first glance. This would seem counterproductive to having a clutter free MP. I hope that I have conveyed this thought properly and hope that at some point in the future that Z may consider making this idea possible. Thanks, PC ................................

I wish Zazzle would auto fix things that get marked as discontinued because of color or a minor thing by just switching them to the not discontinued default. Example I have a watch that says discontinued but I click on it and it just says the keeper color is discontinued. (IDK what a watch keeper even is?) I try to change the keeper color but it doesn't always seem to take and just reverts to showing up as a discontinued item. I wish you guys would just switch to a neutral color for the item instead of me accidently deleting it and thinking every watch is discontinued.

I was about to try transferring some designs to the new area rugs when I saw what almost looked like a blank page and thought it was time to make this suggestion because there's lot of other blank products that show like this as well. If you can't tell, those are white rugs on a white background and to my eyes, are virtually impossible to see, so I'd like to suggest that Zazzle show these types of blank products on a darker background which would help customers (and designers) better see the products available and make a more accurate choice.
