Dear Zazzle, I would like to provide some feedback and suggestions regarding the font rotation tool. I believe there is room for improvement, especially when it comes to creating clock dial designs. Currently, the font distortion is a significant issue, and after distortion, individual letters cannot be adjusted for direction. For instance, when creating clock dials, it would be helpful to have a preset format where we can directly select the desired font and orientation. This would greatly enhance the speed and efficiency of the design process. I hope you consider implementing these improvements to enhance the font rotation tool. It would greatly benefit users who are looking to create clock dial designs and improve the overall user experience on your platform. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, GYG

Dear Zazzle Team, As a frequent shopper on your platform, I would like to offer some suggestions to optimize product grouping and page layout, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction. Currently, it appears that Zazzle primarily focuses on the freedom of designers to create their own groupings. However, this approach sometimes leads to designs that cater more to the designers' personal preferences rather than the customers' preferences. Additionally, certain storefront pages seem cluttered, with products distributed in a non-scientific manner. Therefore, I recommend Zazzle consider implementing a fixed template and standardized tags for grouping products. Firstly, introducing a fixed template will encourage designers to showcase more variety and creativity. By establishing a set of standardized tags for product grouping, designers will be prompted to cater to diverse customer preferences and create a wider range of products. This will enable customers to conveniently browse products that align with their specific interests, ultimately enhancing their satisfaction and shopping experience. Secondly, implementing standardized tags and page layouts will contribute to a more cohesive and unified website. Consistent tags and layouts will help shape and strengthen Zazzle's brand identity, improving user recognition and fostering brand loyalty. Lastly, a well-structured page layout will assist customers in finding their desired products more efficiently. Grouping similar products together and optimizing page layouts based on customer browsing habits will facilitate quicker product discovery and browsing, ultimately boosting click-through rates and conversion rates. In summary, by adopting a fixed template and implementing standardized tags, Zazzle can better cater to customer preferences, elevating their satisfaction and overall experience. I hope that my recommendations prove beneficial to the Zazzle team. Thank you. Sincerely,

Dear Zazzle Team, As a loyal user of the Zazzle platform, I have greatly enjoyed the unique selection of personalized products you provide. I would like to offer some suggestions to further enhance the user experience, simplifying tag selection and optimizing resource allocation. Firstly, I recommend introducing a more intelligent tag selection system. Currently, users are required to manually select tags when uploading images, which can be cumbersome or cause hesitations. By implementing an AI-powered tag recommendation system, Zazzle can automatically identify the elements, themes, and characteristics of uploaded images, providing users with the most relevant and accurate tag recommendations to choose from. This would significantly simplify the tag selection process, helping users find the exact products they are looking for more quickly. Secondly, considering the need for resource allocation efficiency, I suggest Zazzle apply flexible restrictions in the AI-powered image recognition and tag recommendation feature. For instance, for popular or advertised items, more resources could be allocated for image recognition and tag recommendation, thereby increasing their exposure and recommendation accuracy. Meanwhile, for less popular or individually uploaded photos, resource allocation can be adjusted accordingly to ensure the overall system's efficiency and fairness. Lastly, I recommend that Zazzle conducts a trial run of the new feature to ensure system stability and accuracy. Initially, it could be tested with a select group of users, soliciting their feedback and suggestions. Through iterative improvements and optimizations, the successful implementation and widespread adoption of the new feature can be assured. I firmly believe that these enhancements will further cater to users' personalized product needs and provide a more intelligent and efficient shopping experience on Zazzle. I sincerely hope that my suggestions receive the attention and consideration of your team. Once again, I want to express my gratitude for the exceptional selection of personalized products and excellent service that Zazzle provides. Thank you! A Loyal User GYG https://www.zazzle.com/store/yongganggao

It's funny Scott should announced that our Collections were going to take more weight in the selling process. I'm excited to read that news. The timing was spot on with my first experience with the Zazzle APP in a long time. I was horrified to see Collections do not show on product pages in the Z APP when not logged in. Considering being not logged in was the customers first experience shopping on Zazzle, those eyes are important. By not showing our Collections on our product pages you are robbing from us the opportunity to make sales from our stores. Presumably, the design is what brought the customer to the product in the first place and by not having Collections shown to them was a gut punch. If Collections are going to play a big part of our sales (and Zazzle's because why else put the work in happening now) please put Collections on our product pages for customer not logged into the Z APP. Thanks for taking our suggestions and advice. 🌻

When an item is out of stock, whose responsibility is it? Is it the manufacturer? Tissue paper, at a certain size, is out of stock again. This is a popular item. When the manufacturer (or whoever) sees that it's getting low, why don't they manufacture more at that time or whoever is responsible re-orders it? Perhaps Zazzle can urge the manufacturer or the party responsible to track this when supplies are getting low.

The order in which products appear in a collection has been reversed. It used to be that newly added products would appear at the top, but now they appear all the way at the bottom. Can this be changed back please? Thank you.

I just received this message in my chat: "Do your baseball cards feel like an actual baseball card? Thin sturdy paper? We normally get baseball cards for the end of season for our team from Topps, but they have suspended their program. I'm wondering if this one is comparable?" - customer Topps baseball cards are usually 25 point thickness, whereas Zazzle's Signature UV Gloss Calling Card is only 18 pt thick. That's what I sell my baseball card designs on Zazzle. I mentioned this to the customer, hoping they will still order from me, but I'm afraid they might think it's not up to their standard. I wonder how many more potential sales are lost because of this.

It would be great to offer 12 x 12 or 8.5 x 11 cardstock, like the kind that people use for scrapbooking. This is so that Zazzle designers can add their designs to the larger cardstock than what is currently offered.

I've searched this forum and it looks like the last time this came up was back in Oct. '22 during the Paypal incident. So I'm bringing it up again in the hopes of getting some movement, or at least a legitimate reason as to why Zazzle continues to hold back this important feature for creators. PLEASE add a direct deposit option for getting paid. I can't think of a reason why Zazzle does not implement direct deposit payments. Etsy does it. Amazon does it. My employer does it. SURELY it is less expensive for Zazzle than paying those Paypal fees! Ultimately, limiting payout options to Paypal or a paper check puts Zazzle WAY behind the curve and creates a poor user experience for creators. So please, please add direct deposit. I really appreciate you all at Zazzle, and I know that you are always working to make the company better. Thank you for listening to creators!

I'd like to suggest there being the option for white text to have a grey drop-shadow effect added. This would be useful for text that is placed over a photograph, as a caption on a calendar page for example. It would ensure legibility in situations where the underlying image includes light areas.

Just a thought because I had to report another Zazzle designer who blatantly copied one of my designs - or better, design themes - including hex codes and everything: I know we can report a design and that is pretty straight forward but after that one needs to send an email with all kinds of statements and a signature. It would be great if there was an online form that one can fill out with everything the content review team needs plus the possibility to upload screenshots. I tried to put everything into my email (plus the legal statements that are required according to the email I got?) but that's pretty cumbersome and I wonder how many designers really do that? I guess all I want is the possibility to flag a design quickly and have Zazzle look into it and decide if it's a copy or just a similar design but not a copy 🙂

The Danish Pastel and Dopamine Decor trends lean heavily into 60s and 70s retro design. And part of that aesthetic are "groovy" fonts with features like: thick rounded strokes, bottom-heavy, stokes that get wider at the ends, elaborate decorative ball terminals There is a lack of this type of font in Zazzle, and I'd really like to see some like these:

The current economic downturn, there are many robots on various social promotion websites, so the promotion has been promoted for a long time, but the effect is still not obvious, and it is even more impossible to buy. Good design is simply invisible to people. The biggest problem on the Internet is that good things are seen by netizens. No, especially the uniquely designed products on zazzle, many of them have the desire to buy after seeing them. Our advantage is the unique design, not the low price. At present, we have a lot of designers, some of which are designed by ourselves, and also generated by AI. Many designs are also novel, but how can more people see our designs? Designers who joined earlier on zazzle may have fixed However, it is very difficult for new ones to join, because the effect of many platforms is not good after spending money on promotion, and it is even more difficult to promote on a new platform. The current situation is that your hard work may not be enough. Can't get the desired result. The more platforms you promote, the more energy you put in, and many of them have to study different platforms. But relying on the traffic of Zazzle's own platform, tags have become a stumbling block for everyone. Now many platforms directly recommend tags in the input place and display the number of searches. This function is actually very convenient, because our website is mainly to make participants better. design, but now everyone is doing the analysis of tags, the promotion of other platforms, and the research of other websites. This is not a designer’s ability, so the effect is not good, and a lot of time is wasted. , We sell less things online, and fewer people come to zazzle. Zazzle has made a distribution model, but distribution also needs to see a good design, because it takes a lot of time to find and view the design and it is difficult. This also dispels the enthusiasm of distributors. Then those of us who really participated will give up this good project because of the inconvenience and low income. So how to solve this problem that troubles everyone? We need zazzle to organize everyone to release a unified action plan. At the same time, on the same platform, we need a unified model, creativity, and activity. Informing the invitation, how to attract everyone to come is a question that needs to be deeply thought out. Why come, what reason can they not refuse when they come, and even feel that if they don’t come, they will miss 100 million. This is a kind of unity Actions are good for everyone. For example, on tiktok, if our 100,000 designers send the same notification for a week at the same time, what a huge effect it will have. The action should be given to those who send the message. For traffic rewards, mark the amount of traffic that will be given, which can be clearly marked. For example, 500 people at the first level, 1,500 people at the second level, and 3,000 people at the third level. If the effect is good, continue to give traffic. These should be in the designer’s own interface Obviously, it shows that zazzle has done these things. Of course, if no one is interested in the design, it is the designer's own problem, and they will adjust their own design, but let them understand where the problem is. This is A public release would allow him to correct the problem, while also giving them hope. In addition, online competitions can be held, public voting can be held, and the bonus can be set higher, which can also attract more people to come in. You can also hold a competition for recommending successful purchases at a specified time. As long as the bonus is rich, it will attract more people. people enter. Only in this way can more advertisers and investors enter

For the love of all things holy - what is going on with UPS?! I bought something for my auntie - it shipped on June 19 - and it still has not been delivered to her (of course it missed her bday). The package has been in her destination city since June 23 - yet has still not been delivered. 😠 I bet USPS would love Z's business! It's much more reliable than UPS these days.

Creating a page for recommending new designer creations on Zazzle would be a fantastic addition to the platform. This dedicated section would highlight the innovative and unique designs of up-and-coming designers, allowing them to gain more visibility and recognition. The New Designer Recommendation page could include a curated selection of recently added products from new designers. This section could showcase a variety of product categories, such as apparel, home decor, accessories, and more. By featuring new designers and their creations, Zazzle can encourage customers to explore and support emerging talent. To ensure a fair and objective selection process, Zazzle can consider implementing various criteria for featuring products on the New Designer Recommendation page. For example, the selections could be based on the number of sales, customer reviews, design quality, or a combination of these factors. This would give new designers an opportunity to be discovered based on the merit of their work. In addition to featuring new designers, the page could provide a brief introduction to each designer, including their background and artistic style. This would help customers connect with the designers on a personal level and create a sense of community within the Zazzle platform. By establishing a New Designer Recommendation page, Zazzle can foster a supportive environment for emerging talent and provide customers with fresh and unique design options. It would contribute to the growth and diversity of the Zazzle community while simultaneously offering customers a curated selection of exciting new designs to discover. https://www.zazzle.com/store/yongganggao

Adding automatic tag suggestions and displaying the view count for each field on Zazzle would be a great way to enhance user experience and product visibility. With this functionality, users can easily select and add relevant tags and also have an understanding of the popularity of each tag. This helps users optimize their product descriptions and align them with a larger pool of potential buyers. The automatic tag suggestion feature can provide relevant prompts and recommendations as users input tags, helping them choose appropriate tags. These suggestions can be dynamically adjusted based on previous user search and purchasing patterns, improving accuracy and effectiveness. Displaying view counts for each field provides users with more market insights, helping them better understand the interests and preferences of potential buyers. Users can optimize their product descriptions and keywords based on the tags with higher view counts, thereby increasing product exposure and search visibility. By introducing these features, Zazzle can better assist users in promoting and selling products in the market. Automatic tag suggestions and view count displays help users select tags more effectively and stand out from market competition. Additionally, this helps improve overall product quality and user experience on the platform, creating a better shopping environment for designers and consumers.
