I'm forwarding the request of a customer, who was asking if she could have a second (different) design (sticker) to go on the back of the matchbox favors. Currently, the imprint area of the matchbox favors is limited to a sticker on the front. I smell a missed opportunity here (and possibly, a missed sale, too). 😞 Please consider offering: 1. a second imprint area (sticker) that can go on the back of the matchbox favors 2. stickers in the size of the matchbox favors' design area dimensions (for additional or separate purchase). It would be great to have solar lights for the garden and/or porch/window to make personalized gifts. I've seen this elsewhere, and people loved it. Wouldn't this be a good idea for Zazzle, too?

Hi. I may have mentioned this a while back, but here goes: What about Zazzle offering a bridal registry or shower registry for wedding and shower collections. If this is not feasible, a customer wish list would be a nice option to include. This way, customers may select items they like, put them on their wish list for their own convenience or to share. I believe this would be a good move on Zazzle's part. Just an idea.

Hello! I have a few suggestions that I think I will appreciate a lot. I would love to know where the referrals come from: Pinterest, Facebook, a blog, TikTok, or Instagram. I really would love to know; it doesn't matter if it's a third-party referral or a self-referral—I want to know them all. For Collections sort, we can organize products by last viewed day, last sold day, and popularity. I would love to check out my collections this way too. I would love to separate product views into organic and non-organic, and also have the keywords that bring the organic views. For instance, on product insights, we may have "Zazzle Searches," which I suppose are organic searches, but then I don't get to see the keywords. I have no idea how people find me. I have the feeling that Zazzle doesn't show these keywords until the first sale occurs, so as not to generate wrong impressions, but this information will help in tuning a product for better performance. I know that we receive notifications when products are really doing badly. For example, every day I have notifications from products that have more than 12 months without views. However, I would also love to see notifications when a product is reaching a point where it is overperforming because the views are really high for the time being. Not only do products with no views have problems with sales, but products with lots of views may also have problems because they also don't sell. Therefore, alarms should be turned on for these two kinds of products, in my humble opinion. Thanks for your time and consideration!

I have noticed in the share html from the store front share buttons it has "alt="undefined"
Could that be updated to maybe "Visit RedPoppyShop on Zazzle" and also for the second "undefined" say "Visit RedPoppyShop"

As an Invitation creator I find it very difficult now, without the detailed close up zoom that we were used to for years, to review our designs, check spellings and typos, corner alignment etc, before posting. The compact new zoom may be good for the buyers but please also provide close up zoom for the designers. Its best to provide 2 level of zoom ( just like at Etsy ) where you get the compact view with first click and the expanded close up view with the second click. Hope this request will be considered one day, thank you.

When switching from the circle/square metal keychains to the rectangle shape the default is vertical. If the image is horizontal the customer needs to click through and access the design tools. It would be easier if they had a check box on the main page that gave a horizontal option without needing to access the design tools. Thanks for considering!

It would be nice if designers could submit their best work to editors pick. The few editors picks I have are definitely nor my best work and I feel like my good stuff gets overlooked. That way it would make it easier for editors to sort through products and find good ones to highlight. Maybe editors pick could last a few months then rotate out so search results don't look stuck on the same editors picks every time a customer does a search

I am using the new social media app BlueSky and up until now, I have been able to promote my products by copy/pasting the product URL into a new post, as the "copy link" option does not allow my product photo to post along with the url. So my question is: has there been any thought on Zazzle's part about adding BlueSky to the automatic sharing options like Facebook and Twitter (X)? There are many other Zazzle people on there, also promoting their products.

I have many discontinued products within my category structure. I'd love to be able to move them to a hidden category so that I may go through them at my leisure and decide whether to transfer their designs or not. Currently there is no option to do this under the Actions tab.

Zippable suitcase covers are used by some travelers to help protect suitcases from scratches and to distinguish one's suitcase from others, e.g. on baggage carousels, on boats, on buses,etc. I just bought a colorful tropical one, and I would have appreicated Zazzle's level of personalization for it. TSA says these are OK, but they might need to be removed if a bag is inspected. The standard offerings usually range from about $15 to $30 for carry-on sizes, with slightly higher prices for larger luggage. They usually zip up, provide holes for handles, and they are often washable. People might be willing to pay slightly higher if they can further customize them. I think this would be a nice option for travelers, and a great addition to other travel items for a coordinating collection. Will there be an opportunity in the near future to sell just the sails - I can see a benefit in being able to kitset / or sell singularly the sails so the customer can interchange the sails to their liking as an add on benefit.

We have paper plates and paper napkins in the Weddings Decor and Party Supplies marketplace drill down menus, under Table Serving and Decor, but no paper cups. Could we please have paper cups added? And maybe napkin bands as well? Thank you!

Building on what @Windy mentioned in the Make the White TeaPots Pop - Zazzle post, All drinkware (but especially the ceramic mugs and frosted beer mugs) would benefit from darker and better contrasting in situ backgrounds (look at how the paper plates are a lot more appealing now with the recent in situ photos). I would be SOOOO cool if we clicked on an incoming chat message and found that someone from France (or whatever language) sent a message to us that was auto translated into English and offered the ability to set a default translation language for incoming messages. As it stands now I have to copy and paste the incoming message text and use Google translate to convert for a language response that works for the buyer. It would be wayyyyy too convenient and cool to have a Google translate module incorporated into the system.... but I think I'm dreaming a bit for that to happen.

I have found sold items that needed to be fixed. Areas for the customer to add text were missed. I have made the same item and included all the areas to be filled in. I did not want to end the original item because it has some sales so I adjusted the description area. It now includes the following All text is not easy to change. For this business card with easy to fill in areas copy and paste the following link. ~~~ https://www.zazzle.com/veterinary_clinic_appointment_back_business_card-256839706855701665 ~~~ In the past we were able to add links in the description area. I am sure this ability was taken advantage of so it was removed. A way to point a customer directly to an updated item would be great.
