I am not real sure how to explain this but I will do my best. When I check my notifications under my profile image it will say the number I have. Tonight I had 11 unread so I clicked on the first one to read it and then when I went back to the list they were all marked as read. My request is that only the one that I actually read be marked as read so the I can go back to the list and systematically read them without having to count or remember what the count was... Does this make sense to anybody but me? 🤔 I wonder? Thank you in advance for fixing it. 🌹

Can we please either get more colors in the women's basic tee, or another women's tee with a wider selection of colors? The color selection is getting pretty dire in the women's department. There isn't even a pink for vivid print anymore in the women's shirt. Or if even basic tees become unisex (or something like the boy/girl basic tees where they are listed separately but are really just the same shirt using male/female models) so we can get the "men's basic tee" color selection in the women's department. Before one used the pinned stores to change between stores and when you were on a products page, the "new" store you choose loaded on the products page too. What I liked was that I could visit one stores product page, sort by "last viewed date" and then use the pinned stores selection option and select my other stores. Each page would load the products page with the "last viewed date" sort. It was very easy to visit each store and see what was seen last. Now, when I use the pinned stores to visit each store, the "Home" page loads and I have to select products and then sort. This results in many more clicks and a bit more time to find the last viewed for each store. It is not a big deal, but I do miss how it worked before. Can this be restored to how it was before? Please reconsider showing the $0.00 value when an increase in our Pending Royalties was actually a referral from another creator’s product getting purchased. And if that order is CANCELLED and my Royalty History total decreases I will see that too. I have had an increase in these lately and the only way I can figure if that's an Earnings History increase or decrease is from visiting the Zazzle Earning App. I know people don’t like to see $0.00 in their Earnings History but at least we know where the increase or decrease comes from. If there are other recommendations on how to display that please share it. I’m assuming there are others who would also like to keep track of this.

I just was asked if we have the pearl shimmer envelope to match the paper invitation? As far as I know we only have paper envelopes no shimmer - or linen for that matter? To really compete in the wedding category customers like matchy matchy - right down to the envelope. Is there a way to provide this?

When adjusting the line spacing between multi-line text, the baseline of the first line of text does not stay in place. It scoots up or down as you increase and decrease the line spacing setting. It's especially noticeable when anchoring text to the top or bottom of a text box. So even when you just need to slightly tweak line spacing to line up with other things in the design - the rest of the text changes position too, and you have to start all over again when trying to align text with other elements. It would save design time if the text stayed in place. I can explain better or do a video if needed to clear up what I'm trying to say 🙂

Question for Zazzle In creating products with a fancy monogram which does not use any Zazzle fonts, could it be possible to have alternative letter options uploaded to that specific product for the customer to choose instead of creating 26 separate products. Example: If I create a sticker with this monogram, just like having the color choices we now have, it seems like it would be advantageous to have the full alphabet available for a customer.

It is very hard to choose a category for some products under 'Other' . Our choices are Every day events Shopping> Driving the Kids School Events Automobile Clothes Grocery Shopping is what our customer are here for ! Please enlarge this list so we can be sure our products are in the right category. Eg. Gifts > Home Decor >Business Supplies ect . Thanks Jillian

Default suggested Departments when creating a Wrapped Canvas are: Home & Living > Pet Supplies > Pet Memorials > Portraits & Prints Weddings > Gifts & Favors > Savor the Memories > Photo Prints I dont think these departments are the best to suggest. From my point of view it would be better to suggest: Art & Wall Décor > Framed & Finished Art > Canvas Art This is in fact the department suggested for the FAUX Wrapped Canvas

We used to get advance notification of sales ALL THE TIME -- now it's hit and miss. For instance - the last email I received had sales listed through today. I do not have one for whatever sale there will be tomorrow. It takes at least 24 hours to get designs in the marketplace. Therefore, I cannot possibly create new products or prepare on time for the sale which will start tomorrow. Please go back to sending out emails in advance of the sales all of the time.

If we could maybe have a giant warning on photo based items, or have the safe lines moved in even more? I've noticed a number of reviews lately are negative because of people/faces getting cut off of the sides of a variety of items. As designers we have to make sure the template goes to the edge, but then it seems the customers may be allowing the faces too close to the edge or safe lines when they change them out. So not sure what can/should be done, just noticing quite a few coming in with the same customer notes.

Would love to have more size options for the Wooden Box Signs. These are very popular for home decor and most that I see in stores are larger in size to cover a wall. Would love to see 11 x 14 and 16 x 20 inch sizes available in both portrait and landscape styles. Maybe even some larger square styles as well. Thanks!

As everyone knows, at the end of the financial year, usually creators or store owners claim to the IRS the expenses for marketing fees, if we are getting charged for marketing fees by zazzle it will be good to find out how much we pay to zazzle in marketing fees at the end of the financial year so we can claimed those fees as expenses. Maybe it will be nice to see a new tab at the Earnings page with Marketing fees there, in that way we can see how much we are paying daily or monthly or yearly. Any thoughts? Will

It would be great if we could see the digital sales overall stat at least on the normal quick views along with the printed stats (maybe below 'printed royalty'). Even if just a single line item. It's hard to look at both printed and digital stats at the same time. Would be nice to see 'overall' in some way. It would give a better picture of how the invite (or product) is doing in total. Or maybe a way we can see 'overall stats' in a 3rd spot. So 'printed only', 'digital only', and an 'overall' toggle option (like we currently have printed and digital). Hope that made sense.

thank you for adding the grouping feature in the back end to group layers..... I have not found a way to group text though. Can this feature be added grouping...the ability to group text? Since the Laptop Sleeves can only be designed on one side, we need to have information added to the description as to what color the backside of the sleeve is. I am assuming it is black. Years ago we had that info in the product description, but it has been omitted in the most updated description.
